Very pretty property, close to other vineyards and a decent golf course.
Everything we ate there, other than breakfast, was pretty bad.

3rd stay at this hotel - the facilities are beautiful and location is great. Great that you can ask for a firm pillow (spine align) and they bring that to your room.
At 11am sharp i was locked out of my room - the key card stopped working. I was at that stage helping my parents load their luggage in their car, when i went to get my own items at 11:04 i couldnt get into my room. When i complained they said it is normal and that as check out is 11am the system automatically disables access. I have NEVER had this happen in travels world wide - this is not a late check out - this is literally carrying stuff to your car in the rain. Furthermore, at 9:45am I got an automated whatspp to remind me that breakfast ends at 10am - we then rushed to try get there just to be told that breakfast actually ends at 11am as they had told us at check in the day before and that the message was their AI agent making a mistake and they havent fixed it yet. Again - not acceptable if you think you are a 5 star facility.
A very quiet location. Great manicured gardens. A place where time stands still. Wonderful for the soul. The staff were great!

Super schöne Zimmer, tolles Ambiente, wahnsinnig freundliches Personal, gute Energie, sehr stylisch, alles vorhanden von Spa bis zum Fitness und auch Mega leckeres Essen.
All staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

These two ladies were brilliant
Great location and overall grounds and gardens were stunning. The breakfast was delicious. The reception and restaurant was beautifully designed and decorated. Great drive up appeal.
Service was so incredibly slow. From the breakfast service to the service at the pool. Everything took forever! My husband ordered a few cocktails to our room while we were getting ready for a wedding - 50 minutes went by and we still didn’t get them and had to leave. Staff were friendly but just incredibly inefficient sadly. Also the rooms were quite small and the bathroom had absolutely no surface space or storage for anything. A bit underwhelming to be honest.

The Loft type room didnt have a window that opened, so the room felt rather confined.
