La piscine et sa glissade et le petit déjeuner
Personnel vraiment accueillant
Malheureusement une mauvaise odeur dans la chambre sûrement à cause des tapis
C’est ce que je m’attendais pour le prix.
Les demandes spéciales n’avaient pas été transmises à l’hôtel. Le manque de chaise longue à l’extérieur pour pouvoir relaxer. Dans la chambre une 2e chaise plus confortable.
Facile d'accès.
Gute Lage , großzügig
Le confort du lit, le personnel était super, la tranquillité aussi.
Trop de lumière entrant dans la chambre la nuit à cause des lumière de soir de la bâtisse.

Le petit déjeuner était horrible. Le café était tellement dilué que c’était de l’eau chaude avec du colorant. Pour le reste, seul les yogourts étaient bons.
Breakfast was decent, the kids had fun in the pool until the bigger kids got in and took over
Hotel had an awful smell, our room was gross I opened the window to get air flow. Upon leaving Nancy the "director of the nights" said to us infront of a bunch of people where are the towels from last night in the pool we said we left them in the room, she turned and said to the guy working go upstairs and make sure they are there and they didn't take them. My kid said why do they think we stole old grungy towels, I said I don't know. Eveyone was looking at us it was very unprofessional and rude.
