Cons:

Check-out was frustrating and poorly handled. Even after I had left the hotel, my card continued to be charged and I was asked to authorize an additional $300 hold. My check-out was also recorded later than when I actually checked out, which created even more confusion. Instead of clearly explaining the charges, staff repeatedly blamed my bank rather than helping resolve the issue. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and stressful.

This place is the best!!
Pros:

Malik the maintenance man is the best. What a star. This is the best place to stay in Baltimore. Wonderful location so close to the stadiums. Hospitality was top notch - jai and caliyah were so amazing at the front desk going out of their way to provide our needs. They are exceptional. Could not recommend more.

Great stay, Great location
Pros:

We had a wonderful experience during our stay. Staff members were extremely helpful & friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. It is a great location to the Orioles stadium and easy walk to many shops & restaurants. Very fun atmosphere on game day!

Pros:

Janine at the front desk was great!
She got us exactly the room we wanted and everything including the view was nice.
Also the Orioles won 3 straight.

The breakfast was good. The location was good right across from Camden. Yards, which we were going to the game? So that was nice. We just had to walk across the street.

Cons:

I think that price was a little high for the room for one night. But that's the price you have to pay for the convenience of being right across from the ballpark

Decent. Not where I would go again.
Pros:

I like the view of our room and the space. Even though originally I was not given the room requested over the phone at check in, I was happy that they were accommodating for my husband’s birthday.

Cons:

The pool was cloudy, cold and full of hair. The breakfast was not great. There was few options. Only omlet style eggs, sausage, potatoes, cereal, few bagels, and muffins, oatmeal and a waffle station. Tight space. And I found black curly hair on my sausage half way through eating. Im blonde. I let the front desk know. They didn’t accommodate. Dog barks outside our room every time we left or entered our room. Overall quiet though. 5 dollars for every single snack or beverage? Having to pay 30$ for 2 drinks and 2 small snacks is wild. Only Valet parking at 60$ a night. Plus a 100$ per night room hold. We were there for 2 nights. If you were visiting on a budget like I was, they really make sure u don't got money to spend when ur here. Could not sleep through the night. Beds were hard. Woke up a few times through the night.
