As expected but not quite as clean as before.

Ida. Theee absolute BEST!
Pros:

I want to recognize Ida for providing outstanding customer service during my stay at the Hilton. She truly went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and taken care of.
Ida was professional, welcoming, patient, and quick to help with simply making me feel at home. What stood out most was the genuine effort they made to make my experience stress-free.
Ida is single handily a big reason I would choose this particular Hilton again. Thank you for the excellent service.
Also, i’ve been a Diamond member for some time now and have yet to experience service like this, this is my second time at this Hilton within two weeks and each time she was there. Morning & night. What a hard working woman!
