I definitely liked the cleanliness and if was very comfortable.
The location was very quiet
The Price , my shower wasn't strong and my fridge was noisy
Room was nice and clean
Need new mattress and wish they hot tub. Pool need to be updated.
Bartender was great
There was a water main pipe that burst. We were out of water, could not use toilets for showers. The manager of the hotel did not tell us about the issue until 4 hours after the pipe had burst.
An Asian staff member was rude unsympathetic and uninformed
It was clean, well kept up and the staff was nice.
Appreciated the microwave and refrigerator in the room.
Appreciated free parking.
We chose this hotel over similar ones because of the micro/fridge and free parking.
The bed was rock hard, woke up with an aching back. My husband thought the bed was too firm as well
The pool was only partly available because there was a private swim lesson going on, so they put a rope across the pool that restricted us to the shallow end gave us maybe 10 feet. Needless to say we were looking to cool off on a very hot day and just play around. Couldn't swim or anything so we just stayed a few minutes. Just glad I didn't have my grandkids along thinking we had a great entertainment option for them.
Clean
Beds uncomfortable and ac unit was loud at night
It was lovely with a nice cocktail area and restaurant (breakfast additional). Room was large and hotel was just enough off the highway. Very clean and we had the mobility assisted room requested.
The bed was a bit too soft for me.
There were plenty of lights but only one switch so you had to turn on the lights individually — a little tricky.
Out here for work and ended up staying another week so I booked this hotel because it was closer to my job. Biggest mistake. The water pressure on the shower is horrible. If you want a hot shower, expect it to be loud and pulse the water at you full speed. Then it takes close to an hour to drain the water in the tub. So you’re just standing in your dirty water. The mattresses are so uncomfortable. I’m not asking for a luxury mattress but at least one you can’t feel the springs in because it’s so old. On my last night of my stay I decided to try out the kitchen. I ordered a burger. When I received it I took one bite and saw it was completely raw. I even broke it open to make sure it wasn’t the one spot. I spit out the bite and told the kitchen staff. They then took my bitten into burger, placed it back on the grill and served it to me with a “fresh” bun. That is absolutely sickening to hear that in a commercial kitchen, they took a burger that was bitten into and put it back on the grill where they’re going to cook someone else’s meal. What if I was sick or had some type of disease that is going to spread? Absolutely unsanitary. Threw out the burger and didn’t eat after working a 13 hour day. Don’t stay at this hotel. There’s plenty of other hotels that are nicer and won’t contaminate food.
On the booking.com site under the questions, it states there is a hot tub. There is no hot tub. The toilet in the bathroom was dirty (looked like someone threw up or had explosive diarrhea). There was mold/mildew on the bathroom ceiling. The shower curtain rod was hanging on for dear life and not secured. There were ants all over the breakfast area. The floors in the elevator were filthy. The same messes were there both days we stayed. You could feel AND hear the springs in our beds. The mattresses were so worn that they were uneven.
location/staff
spending the night with Travis 🥵😈🫣
Good quiet location- staff was friendly -office area was nice and updated, clean
Bedrooms could be updated a bit but clean
Very nice hotel located on the SW side of the Denver area. Recently renovated (not a full renovation), the bathrooms still need new work, but a very nice/clean hotel located near the 470 loop and plenty of restaurants nearby.
Only 20 minutes from The Red Rock Amphitheater is a plus.
Very clean, fabulous seating in the lobby for family seating, great staff!
Room was not cleaned while we were at the hospital for the day.
