Pros:

Staff was very friendly except one.. she didn't speak she will sit there with her boyfriend I guess on in the lobby DHE WAS NOT FRIENDLY..The lady I check in with was VERY VERY NICE and friendly her and other lady she helped the next day..They was very nice but this Indian lady was NOT I think that what she was..She look at u crazy I disliked her attitude

Cons:

That one staff that didn't greet or speak looked at you crazy etc I could go on but I'm stop at she was NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL ‼️

Very nice
Pros:

The room was huge. The pool was warm for an evening swim. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was delicious.

Cons:

It was a bit pricey for a weeknight with no events. I didn't like that their was a tip envelope for housekeeping. I feel if it costs $200 to stay a night, the housekeeping should be paid a living wage.

pretty great stay
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay and I would definitely come back if/when we come back to Florida for vacation. I enjoyed the breakfast . We were not at the hotel a whole lot from exploring and vacationing so we did not try out the pool or any of the extras. The rooms were very clean when we came. It was a decent size room. I liked having the lamps that had the built in charger right next to the bed.

Cons:

The air did not seem to keep the room as cold as I thought it would be and the pillows were a little flat when laying on them. The wifi was a little splotchy at times, but nothing was a deal breaker.

Good for budget minded short stay
Pros:

overall 4.1/5, front desk professional/friendly. 1 elevator, no long waits. coffee/tea/hot chocolate avail 24hrs as is coin laundry 2.50/machine, old machines but worked fine. Rooms are on the warmer side rather than what thermo on unit says. Struggles to keep room cool enough, even when temp lowered. Our bathroom door would not close as strike plate not lined up. Cleanliness 4.6/5. Breakfast scram, sausage, potatoes, waffle maker, oatmeal packets, cold cereal, bagels toast yogurt, juices. Shower faucet too low for anyone 5'8 or taller. Soaps are pharmacopia which we like. Towels a bit scratchy/but avg. Would we return: prob not unless other hotels are far more expensive. But not a disaster by any means.

The room had many stains from previous people, the bed was broken before we could use the pull out.. water stain on the ceiling.

Incredible experience is great way to sum it up. Exceeded my expectations.
Pros:

Everything was exceptional. Staff, property sight and great room. I dont want to say to much good stuff, because i dont want hacks messing this place up.

Cons:

Couple of minor boo boo's, but nothing to cry over.
