Friendly warm staff and great for coeliacs and people with food allergies.
Pros:

Staff are always very friendly and chatty which I like, especially when you are travelling alone for business. I am coeliac and the breakfast team always make an effort to assure me the food is safe for me to eat, completing a little card they put on the table. The hotel is modern and functional and deals with the sheer volume of guests very well.

Cons:

Second lift wasn't working which can slow down getting up and down, obviously these things go wrong from time to time so important to have 24/7 engineers for these things with so many rooms like this.

A good stay, enjoyed the view!
Pros:

This was my husband’s stay!
He said the staff were very good. The breakfast was good.
On the whole he enjoyed his stay.

Cons:

Although it was clean, he was a little disappointed with the room as he believed it was in need of a little TLC.
The view was very good.

Overall nice hotel, breakfast was very disappointing.
Pros:

Lady on Reception was faultless, very helpful & accommodating. We requested a ground floor room which was organised for us.

Cons:

The breakfast was VERY disappointing, for a Hilton we would expect better & the breakfast staff were very rude.

Well placed hotel for families
Pros:

Hotel had a lovely view and was nice and quiet. Very handy for getting into the attractions on the trams. Cot provided was secure and safe.

Cons:

The breakfast wasn’t the best, and I don’t think I needed to book the breakfast option I think everyone got it. The room just about had enough room for the cot.

Average hotel and expensive for stay with an average breakfast.
Pros:

The size of the room was just above average but was an accessible room. Free coffee and drinks were great and the healthier side of the breakfast. a few teabags, a few milks and coffee provided. Great staff at breakfast well organised.

Cons:

The TV had no catch up or Youtube etc. The shower was awful not right warm completely wet the floor through accessible room, no toilet brush, toilet roll lasted a day a tiny sink. No storage in the bathroom to put towels etc like the one in Liverpool had. No spoons for tea or coffee provide or to fill up the kettle the sink was that small. Rubbish from the last guests found under the bed. Bins had tiny thin bags in them filled up quickly. Bed not so comfy average. The cards to get in every night i had to go and get them sorted but ok used in the hotel not good against phones or electricity. The breakfast not much hot selection and awful bacon & sausages.
