The staff was very helpful. Breakfast was pretty good and location was decent
The beds were so uncomfortable we ended up cutting our stay short. After night one we let staff know we found the beds very uncomfortable and the springs made so much noise everytime we moved I personally saw every half an hour and my back was in pain our first morning. Staff suggested swapping out the mattress to see if thst helped night two same problem so we spoke to a manager and explained he offered us a newly renovated room to try for free we went and viewed the room and yes the room was nicer much bigger tv nicer bathroom but still loud uncomfortable mattresses so we said no thank you we just want a comfier mattress unfortunately he couldn't accommodate us so offered to refund us our most expensive night and if we decided to check out early then he would refund us 2 nights and 2 days parking. The following morning I got a print out only 1 night refunded which wasnt the most expensive night like he had stated and no talks of refunding parking so we then had to stand and talk to another manager who was very helpful. In the end they did refund 2 nights and 2 days parking not the most expensive ones as stated and unfortunately this did not rectify the fact it really did spoil and impact our holiday and we had to cut it short which obviously explaining to a 6 year old isnt easy.

The breakfast selection is not sufficiently varied or rich. At present, scrambled eggs appear to be the main egg option, but there are several other varieties of eggs that could be offered to provide guests with more choice.
Compared with other hotels I have visited across Europe, the overall breakfast selection here is quite limited and not particularly encouraging. I believe the hotel could improve the guest experience by offering a wider variety of hot and cold dishes, including different egg options, fresh fruits, pastries, cereals and other breakfast choices.

Got to the hotel a little early and was only hoping to use the car park until check in time, staff arranged for early check in and saved us a lot of bother, brilliant from arrival will stay again

The hotel is lovely to stay in. We arrived abit early and we got checked in no problem. The staff member was lovely, very friendly and attentive. We were staying as it was my partners 40th birthday and she gave him a voucher for a free drink which was lovely. Think her name was Grace. Lovely atmosphere in this hotel and always made to feel welcome. Breakfast was lovely and a great choice aswell.

Our room smelt of smoke as a family room this feels highly inappropriate and we should have been asked if that was acceptable.
