Excellent hotel for skiing
Pros:

The hotel is very conveniently located – not in the city itself and close to the ski lift station. There is large free parking. The rooms are comfortable. They clean daily and provide water. There is everything you need, including an electric kettle and refrigerator. The spa area is excellent – ​​sauna and steam bath. Afterward, you can relax on the terrace. The pool is small – not suitable for swimming. Excellent service in the restaurant. The food is plentiful and delicious. There's a good wine selection. There's a cozy bar and a large lounge. Ski room with lockers. A special thank you to the reception staff – very friendly, professional, and helpful.

Cons:

The pillows are very hard – could they be replaced ? The ski room is very inconvenient. The hotel is located on the slope, so it would be logical to exit the ski room outdoor and put on skis. But that turns out to be impossible – you have to exit the main entrance, walk around the entire hotel, and it's a 250-meter walk to the slope. Or break the rules – walk through the hotel lounge in ski boots, go straight to the slope, put on skis, and ski down. Returning is even more difficult – you have to climb stairs and a ramp. Overall, this is something for management to think about and improve.

Non funzionava la chiave magnetica , anche dopo averla cambiata faceva difetto, il televisore era guasto, la prima sera a cena ci hanno fatto alzare perché chiudeva la sala . In bagno mancavano vari camioncini utili

Stiilne hotell väga heas asukohas suusaradade ja tõstukite suhtes mõnusa spa-kompleksiga.
Pros:

Kena, hubane, stiilne ja ruumikas hotell, mugavad lisateenused (spa kolme sauna, basseini, mullivanni ja löögastusruumiga, restoran, baar, suusaruum, tasuta transport linna keskele ja tagasi), hea hommikusöök, suusalaenutus kohe samas, suusatõstuk sisuliselt hotelli kõrval. Sõbralik ja abivalmis personal.

Cons:

Siin-seal veidi kulumisemärke, aga üldiselt need väga ei häirinud, sest sobisid kokku hotelli üldise stiiliga. Restoran avanes õhtusöögiks alles 19.30 ning a la carte valik oli kesine.

Bardzo udany wypoczynek.
Pros:

Jedzenie smaczne choć stosunkowo mało urozmaicone. Powinno być troszkę więcej potraw, które zawsze sprawdzają się u dzieci np. frytki czy pizza. Pokoje czyste codziennie posprzątane. Lokalizacja fantastyczna , blisko do wyciągów, niedaleko do centrum. Przepiękna okolica, niezapomniane widoki. Basen nieduży ale wystarczający z widokiem na Dolomity, kilka rodzai saun także każdy może znaleźć coś dla siebie. Wygodna aplikacja hotelu w języku ojczystym ułatwiająca pobyt.

Cons:

Hotel troszkę nadgryziony zębem czasu ale największy minus za brak uzupełniania wody w pokojach. Woda dostępna była tylko po przyjeździe.

Il mio plauso per il servizio ristorante, ricco e di alta qualità! Anche lo staff di sala gentili e professionali.
Ottima posizione dell' albergo, vicino agli impianti.

Cons:

Sicuramente ha bisogno di una ristrutturazione, soprattutto le camere e i bagni. Comunque il rapporto prezzo/qualità rimane ottimo.

Struttura grande e bella da rimodernare. Soggiorno molto piacevole

La posizione è ottimale perchè vicinissima al paese
la piscina ok anche se dover prenotare tramite app dalle 24 ore precedenti e poter opzionare uno slot di 1 ora mette un po di ansia, sopratutto quando sei in ferie.
Colazione e cena ottime
I ragazzi nella sala colazione e cena sono professionali e molto educati e disponibili. Sicuramente più empatici i giovani che i senior. Le ragazze della recption sono veramente gentili e disponibili ad accontentare il cliente, in particolar modo Francesca, ragazza brillante, educata e professionale.

Cons:

Le camere sono ampie ma veramente datate. Noi soggiornavamo nell'ala più recente ma le camere necessitano di un rinnovamento; la moquettes è vecchia e anche i bagni sarebbero da rimordenare.
In alcuni momenti della giornata arrivava poca acqua in doccia.

Struttura abbastanza grande,staff super e sempre col sorriso,ottima accoglienza dalla reception e cordiali anche i baristi… ottimo tutto , bravo anche al musicista del piano bar ,un grande ringraziamento va anche alle donne dei piani che qualcuno mi ha anche aiutato ma non so il suo nome ed un ringraziamento speciale va anche a lei,poi che dire mi hanno dato una camera migliore di ciò che avevo preso, vista fantastica apri il finestrone e tutto il campo da golf front … grazie mille ritornerò e vorrei provare la vostra cucina
