location
staff reception very unwelcoming and not friendly. I arrived at the property around 11pm as previously informed to the hotel. my stay was prepaid and I had requested a room on ground floor previously and received a communication from the property that they could accommodate my request. when I arrived there was a receptionist there named Katie. did not smile, did not say welcome or anything, she had a grumpy face and asked for my ID. she took a long time looking in the computer - for a guest arriving tired, a pre paid check in should be fast- she gave me a key for a room on the 3rd floor. I inquired if she could place me on the ground floor since I had requested and the property had confirmed earlier.
she simply said: I can't, I have a full house and if you want I can refund you and you are welcome to go to another property. she said the confirmation sent to my by the property that they would accommodate my request did not mean anything. I never saw such horrible reception before. I will make sure, to never return to this property again.
Very clean the grass is perfectly cut all bushes trees everything trimmed perfectly no trash or Pet poop on the grass or grounds, and that is a big plus
Good breakfast but you need to have sugar free syrup plus low fat milk
More fruit like green apples
Low fat or sugar free yogurt. You have to think of people that have diabetes
Nice building. Parking plentiful.
Location great. Many restaurants very nearby.
Doggy bags provided at the convenient dog potty areas.
The wall air conditioning. Yikes.
Noisy of course. I noticed a lot of dust in the room. I saw how to remove the front pieces that were the FILTERS for the unit.
I don’t think they’ve ever been cleaned. That filthy dust (and whatever) was blowing all over the room. I took each one out and wiped the dust, dirt, lint , filth off as best as possible. I wish I’d brought a can of Lysol. This is absolutely a health hazard.
ALL a/c units should be cleaned once a month. I sure hope I don’t get sick.
My wife and I stayed here once before and had a good experience. This time it wasn't. The design of the interior let's crying kids and barking dogs reverberate throughout. We did not know they allowed dogs because there were no pets the last time. When we arrived they asked of if we wanted our room cleaned daily or every other day. We said every other day and after noon. They missed a day and when they came the next day the housekeeper was banging on our door at 10:00 AM. On our last night there we expressed our dissatisfaction about the dogs and not complying with simple instructions - they said we should have asked to be placed on the 4th floor where there were no pets. Isn't that something they should have taken care of when we made the reservation? To be honest based on the poor design of the place being on the 4th floor would not have helped too much as the "guests" during our stay were loud and stomping around their rooms and hallways at all hours. We filled out a survey and they made a lame apologies but offered no consideration. If you want to stay at a place that makes you feel like you are in subsidized housing this is the place for you.
Very clean and in a calm place!
