Le petit déjeuner est superbe.

Cons:

Nous avions réservé une chambre supérieure avec balcon. À notre arrivée, nous avons été déçus de découvrir qu'il s'agissait de la chambre 610, située juste à côté de l'ascenseur. Nous avons ainsi subi des nuisances sonores tout au long de la soirée et jusqu'au petit matin.
Au premier abord, la chambre paraissait agréable et relativement propre. Cependant, en y regardant de plus près, nous avons constaté plusieurs manquements inacceptables pour un établissement classé 4 étoiles.
Le ménage n'avait manifestement pas été effectué avec le soin attendu : présence de poussière dans certains recoins, découverte d'un mouchoir usagé derrière le rideau de la chambre, joints présentant des traces de moisissures, toilettes fortement entartrées et brunies.
La salle de bain était également problématique. La douche ne disposait plus de porte, visiblement cassée puisque les fixations étaient toujours présentes. À chaque utilisation, toute la pièce se retrouvait inondée, rendant le sol particulièrement glissant et potentiellement dangereux. Le sèche-cheveux ne fonctionnait pas et le bouchon du lavabo était lui aussi cassé.
Concernant le balcon, celui-ci était dans un état peu engageant, avec des traces verdâtres ainsi que des verres remplis de mégots de cigarette laissés sur le rebord de la fenêtre.
Pour un tarif supérieur à 250 € la nuit dans un hôtel 4 étoiles, nous ne nous attendions pas nécessairement à un luxe exceptionnel. En revanche, nous estimons qu'il est légitime d'attendre une chambre propre, calme et dotée d'équipements de base en parfait état de fonctionnement.
C'est d'autant plus regrettable que l'hôtel bénéficie d'un emplacement idéal, à seulement 100 mètres d'une station de métro. De plus, le restaurant Le Jéroboam, situé à environ 1 kilomètre, propose une cuisine exceptionnelle. Tous les éléments étaient réunis pour que notre séjour soit une réussite, ce qui rend cette déception encore plus dommage.

Хороший завтрак. Месторасположение хоть и далековато от главных достопримечательностей но рядом метро и автобус.

Cons:

Попросили 2 отдельных одеяла вместо 2го большого и нам сказали что нет такой возможности, это впервые такое слышим что нельзя положить 2 отдельных одеяла. Нет холодильника/минибара

Très bonne situation près du métro - bonne literie - gentillesse à l’accueil - prix correct.

Pros:

Situat la cativa metri de statia de metrou. Personal amabil si disponibil. Legat de micul dejun, ca in orice hotel francez, legumele sunt putine, ca sortiment si cantitate.

Для короткой остановки по деловому визиту с шикарными завтраками
Pros:

Это отличный вариант проживания в Париже, если вам подходит район по работе. Нам было 15 минут пешком до места конференции. Буквально в 2 минутах есть станция метро и другой транспорт - автобус и трамвай также близко.
Завтрак - просто превосходный! Свежевыжатый сок, большой выбор- и творог, и сыр, и горячее. Кофе машина. Очень вкусные открытые пироги со свежими фруктами.
Доступность на этажи- лифт.
Номер не очень большой - но для одного человека вполне достаточно, вдвоем все-таки будет очень тесно.
В описании номера на сайте указан утюг, но его нет в номере, его надо просить на ресепшн
Я просила тихий номер при бронировании, мне его дали, окна были во двор и утром я просыпалась под пение птиц

Несколько дней проживания у меня были за свой счет, при заселении мне пообещали сделать отдельный счет для командировки и отдельно за мой счет. При выселении менеджер отказала, сказав, что это невозможно, была грубая и даже не пыталась попытаться решить этот вопрос. Отказалась связаться с менеджером выше.

В ванной комнате плохое проветривание, пахнет сыростью и не высыхает влага на стенах, приходится держать дверь открытой в комнату, тогда в комнате тоже пахнет сыростью
