Il prezzo, considerato che si trattava di due camere, è più che accettabile, considerando che siamo a Parigi.
Camere molto anguste, probabilmente la combinazione di due stanze per tre ospiti, in offerta, si giustifica con la dimensione ridotta di entrambe. Moquette a terra, che rappresenta da sempre il tallone di Achille di ogni struttura alberghiera, perché non viene aspirata. Servizio di sostituzione asciugamani giornaliero spesso in confusione: una volta mancavano le asciugamani per il viso, un'altra quelle per la doccia. Il centro di Parigi si raggiunge con un paio di linee della metro che è efficiente, tranne quando decide di interrompere la corsa rischiando di farci perdere l'aereo.

De kamer waar we in zaten was heel heel vies. Bruine vlekken op het bed, haren in de douche, poep in de wc, bruine vlekken in de douche. We zijn naar de receptie gegaan en ze gaf aan dat het hotel vol zat dus dat ze ons geen nieuwe kamer konden geven pas de volgende ochtend. Dat is prima, maar er werd niet aangeboden of ze de kamer nu even opnieuw schoon konden maken niets. Dus wij hebben de eerste nacht in een hele onhygiënische en vieze kamer moeten slapen.

L'hôtel est situé à deux pas de la bouche de métro, ce qui est assez avantageux. Les chambres étaient propres, confortables et climatisées.
Séjour très agréable, je recommande.
Il y avait des bouteilles d'eau disponibles à notre arrivée. Une initiative très appréciée, vu la chaleur. Cependant, il aurait été utile d'en remettre lorsque le ménage de la chambre à été effectué.
De plus le plateau de la machine a café était cassé et la lumière de la salle de bain inutilisable sur une des chambres réservées.

The person in charge of the lobby the evening we arrived , and next mornings, and one or 2 others nights was very kind and helpful
The other persons at the lobby were not as kind as he , not fully focused toward the customers.
The air conditioning stopped in the morning, twice, and the person at the lobby did not even apologize at first. She was as s looking for excuse. Please, teach your employees to apologize at first when there are issues

Plateau de petit-déjeuner resté dans le couloir, devant la porte de la chambre, jusqu'au soir.
Le personnel de l'accueil et le gardien de nuit très sympa.
La chambre est plein d'infiltration d'eau. Ça sentait très mauvais. Il y avait du moisi sur la fenêtre et la salle de bain.
Le petit déjeuner sympa mais encore une fois le matériel très sale. Les verres dégueulasses les couverts et les ustensiles... j'ai signalé au personnel de salle mais rien du tout elle a remis les verres sales avec les autres ..
The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, especially the receptionist (Fey? You were lovely, sorry if I messed up your name), who was very helpful and happy to answer all of our questions. The hotel was spotless, well organized, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
The room was quiet, with excellent sound insulation and blackout curtains, which made sleeping very comfortable. The bed was excellent, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which was especially appreciated during the hot summer days.
We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the amenities. The NUXE toiletries (shampoo and shower gel) were a nice premium touch. The room also included slippers, a safe, a Nespresso machine with coffee capsules, tea, a kettle, sugar, cookies, and even a vanity kit with cotton pads, cotton buds, and a nail file (details that many hotels don’t provide.)
The small balcony was a lovely place to enjoy a coffee in the morning. The location is also very convenient, with a metro station just a short walk away, making it easy to reach the city center. There are supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, and restaurants nearby, so everything you might need is within a few minutes’ walk.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily come back.
There wasn’t really anything significant to complain about. The elevator was a bit slow, but that’s a very minor issue. The Wi-Fi worked well overall, although the signal could have been a little stronger in some parts of the room. Other than that, everything met our expectations.
