The stay was acceptable for one night, and we weren't expecting anything exceptional. However, a room infested with bed bugs was definitely not something we anticipated. I ended up covered in bites all over my body. Fortunately, we arrived late, stayed only one night, and left early the next morning. Based on this experience, I would not recommend staying here.

Der Aufenthalt war für eine Nacht in Ordnung, und wir hatten keine hohen Erwartungen. Ein von Bettwanzen befallenes Zimmer hatten wir jedoch definitiv nicht erwartet. Ich wurde am ganzen Körper von Bettwanzen gebissen. Zum Glück sind wir erst spät angekommen, haben nur eine Nacht dort verbracht und sind am nächsten Morgen früh wieder abgereist. Aufgrund dieser Erfahrung kann ich dieses Hotel leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Die Lage war sehr toll, alles fußläufig. Freiburg ist eine sehr schöne und freundliche Stadt.

Cons:

Für Menschen mit Behinderung und einem gültigen Parkausweis gab es leider keine Ermäßigung, schade.

Central location. The staff was helpful

Cons:

The beds and bathroom were clean. But a thick layer of dust covered all the surfaces that are outside the normal daily house cleaning tasks. Desk, lamps, racks. Not to mention the old carpet.
Outdated airco, very noisy.
Too expensive for this level of facility and not up to Mercure standards elsewhere.

Easy walk to the old town. Plenty of access to the city. Entrance to the room had area to leave bags and shoes along with bathroom separate from the rest of the room.

Pros:

Relativ zentral gelegen und doch ruhig. Gute Matratze und Ausstattung sehr gut. Klimaanlage gut regulierbar, haben sie aber nicht gebraucht, da wir das Fenster kippen konnten. Insgesamt angenehmer Aufenthalt.
