Cons:

Nothing to do with the hotel, but if you have an electric car and charge overnight in the public car park underneath the hotel (very convenient) be careful of your charge card conditions. I used Renault Mobilize and got charged an extra 80€ for overstay time on the charge point. Badenova , the charge point operator dont ask for these fees for that car park apparently.

First time in Freiburg, left impressed
Pros:

Excellent location, right off the main shopping street. Plenty of restaurants within a 2 minute walk. Very clean and quiet hotel, staff are very professional. The car park is directly under the hotel, although it's the main public car park for the shopping district. The local supermarket is in the Galleria department store across the street.

Cons:

Outside noise during the pride march passing by was a little excessive with extremely loud bass music vibrating the entire building for well over an hour with carnival vehicles passing by. The music went on well into the early hours nearby (I assume the town square across the shopping street). No direct access to the car park from the hotel after 11pm.

Pros:

מיקום נהדר. חדר נעים מרווח וממוזג. צוות נהדר. צק אאוט ב 12:00. שקט מאוד אטום לרעש. חניה מתחת למלון בתשלום. מהחניה ישירות לחדר. אצלינו היתה תקלה אז לא שילמנו.

Cons:

שלא היה מקרר בחדר אבל השארנו דברים בשקית במקרר בקבלה
