The location and the room
There are no simple ordinary standard toiletries. No room slippers.
This is not an ideal Hilton standard.
No assistance with baggage. We were left struggling with luggage
The window glass with access to outside is too dangerous for kids and even adults with possible depression

Super Basis für 3 Tage London. Queens Walk mit Tower Bridge und Blick auf die Skyline der City of London gleich um die Ecke. Frühstück top. Das Fenster kann einen Spalt geöffnet werden. Es hat für eine Luftzirkulation gereicht. Klimaanlage konnte vollständig auf OFF gestellt werden. Gutes Schlafklima. Lautstärke in der Nacht für London akzeptabel. Allerdings lag mein Zimmer auch auf der Seite der Fußgängerzone. Schöne schattige Sitzgelegenheiten direkt vor dem Hotel. Lebensmittelgeschäft direkt gegenüber.

Location.
Upon arrival was informed we would be getting an upgrade and staying on the 8th floor. When returned to check in this didn't happen. Also, for 250 GBP per night I would expect provision of the basics (I.e toothpaste).
The view
I asked a staff member for some ice, but she said she doesn’t speak English at all and didn’t understand me, I then use the phone in the room and called for some ice.. I got told it was being and brought up to my room but I never heard or got any ice at all.

From the moment we walked in the welcome and service we received was fantastic. The location of the hotel is perfect, the food at the Italian was delicious and the room was so comfortable.
