An incredible experience all the way through. Our stay was flawless. The service from absolutely everyone was impeccable! The restaurant staff was incredibly attentive, constantly serving customers and ensuring a smooth operation. The rooms were perfect! We had connecting rooms which made our family staff easy. The executive lounge and herb garden were amazing! The bell service perfect!
I do not have enough adjectives to describe just how amazing everyone and everything was to this perfect hotel in the best area around Tower of London!!

Had a short stay near London Bridge and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The location is excellent, with great connectivity to key attractions such as Canary Wharf, Borough Market, and many other parts of London. The hotel was comfortable and pleasant throughout my stay.

Friendly staff and great experience at the restaurant. I want to recognize Muskan who on the day of my departure didn’t just tend to me as a guess checking out but also engaged with me to make sure I was comfortable while waiting for my taxi. Really appreciate the customer focus mindset.
Hele fijne hotel met vriendelijk personeel en super hygiënisch. Ruime hotel kamer met comfortabele bed.
Matras en kussens waren helaas heel erg slecht vooral de kussens.
Great location nice and quiet rooms cost and comfortable.
Stayed 4 nights. Room was clean and comfortable. AC could have been stronger. That is my only negative. The executive lounge is excellent with wine drinks beer and food from 6 to 9 pm daily. I would definitely stay here again.
