Another great stay at the Hilton Tower Bridge. It’s the ideal centre for business travel in London. Thanks Lori and team for the hospitality. Looking forward to the next stay!
Great experience at the Hilton Tower Bridge - the lounge… perfect thanks to the team and In particular, Haiti
The executive lounge is nice. Hati kept the place fully stocked and loaded with drinks. It’s nice after a long day to get a glass of wine, food and sit outside in the garden area.
Since we had been to London several times, we wanted to stay in a different part of the city for this trip. We found a good deal at this hotel on the other side of the Thames River from where we have stayed before. The hotel seemed more oriented toward business guests than tourists but it proved fine for us for a short stay.
We arrived into London by train and decided to rely on transit to get around. We were able to get to the Tower Bridge train/tube station without too much hassle.
Check-in was easy and efficient. My Diamond status was warmly recognized and we were upgraded to the club lounge level. The lounge was mid-sized but more than adequate in providing a breakfast buffet, afternoon tea snacks (including small tea sandwiches), and drinks and appetizers at happy hour. My status also included breakfast in the restaurant downstairs, which was a large, full buffet, complete with made-to-order omelets, etc.
The room itself was fully equipped with Nespresso coffeemaker, safe, etc. The hotel’s location was good for us to explore a new area of town, while perhaps not as central to the main tourist attractions for a first time visitor. But we were able to walk to Burroughs Market, the Tate Modern, and other attractions, as well as get around using the nearby Tube and the Uber ferry on the Thames.
Our stay at the Hilton London Tower Bridge hotel was excellent. We have been with the Hilton brand for more than 30 years, and through this time, they continue to push the boundary for what is right for their guests.
The Hilton London Tower Bridge hotel did this, and more. Our stay was brilliant.
I would highly recommend them.
Fatima was an excellent receptionist. She did all she could to make us feel welcome and to make our experience as positive and enjoyable.
Thanks Fatima
Stayed here when doing the London Marathon. Great location, comfortable hotel and plenty of places to eat nearby.
Due to it being marathon weekend prices where understandably high.
Die Lage de Hotels ist sehr gut. Sowohl die U-Bahn Station als auch mehrere Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr ruhig. Frühstück sehr umfangreich, lässt keine Wünsche offen, Personal sehr freundlich.
Die Duschumrandung müsste mal gründlich geputzt werden.
This excellent hotel is located less than a two minutes walk from London Bridge station.
The rooms are beautifully appointed, and well equipped with A/C, TV, tea & coffee facilities, with either bath or shower etc.
Upon arrival I received a warm welcome at the check in, and was greeted as a Hilton honours Diamond member. I had booked my room and informed the hotel of my expected time of arrival, everything was beautifully prepared for me. From the moment I arrived to the time I checked out the service was exemplary. The special touches like the luxury toiletries, bath robes, slippers etc. made me feel very much at home and a valued guest.
Breakfast is full buffet with a chef on duty, which is excellent and of the highest calibre. Lunch, dinner, and afternoon tea are also available. Maria greeted me at check in, and later in the executive lounge which made me feel very special and welcome. The lounge is open throughout the day for coffee, tea, soft drinks, afternoon tea is served between 3 – 4pm and in the evening from 6 – 8pm for canapés and drinks.
If you are looking for somewhere in London to celebrate a special occasion or just want to spoil yourself with a little luxury, I can highly recommend the Hilton London Bridge.
I must thank all the staff for making my stay so pleasurable and offering the highest level of service, and going the extra mile to make me feel a special guest.
Location and the Rate I got was very good for that evening!
Comfortable bed with very nice pillows

I had a very pleasant stay at Hilton London Tower Bridge. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location, with easy access to transport links and nearby attractions. My room was well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing.
I would especially like to commend Fatima at reception. She was exceptionally kind, professional, and welcoming during my stay. Her warm attitude and willingness to help made a positive impression and contributed greatly to my overall experience.
I was also impressed by the attention to detail and level of service provided. After ordering room service and enjoying my meal in my room, I received a call from the kitchen shortly afterwards to check that everything was satisfactory and to kindly ask if they could collect the tray. It was a small gesture, but it demonstrated genuine care for guests and excellent customer service.
The food was enjoyable, the service was excellent, and I felt well looked after throughout my visit. I would happily recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.
Very nice experience as a diamond member. We were able to go to the executive suite for happy hour from 6-8. We met a nice lady named Hati who took care of us. Highly recommended
We had a fantastic time!!! Enjoyed our time at the lounge with Hatie
Very comfortable hotel in a great area with a great and helpful staff. Some rooms have nice views. Good shower and a tub if you want it. Great breakfast, short walk to many pubs, restaurants, grocery stores, and parks. Walk to Tower Bridge and the Tower of London. Easy public transportation, nice walk along the Thames. Staff will help direct you to buses or taxis and give some insider tips for tours. Overall a very nice stay.
Great location, super friendly check in with Prosecco and upgrade.
