We have been coming to this hotel for many years now and it’s our happy place! We always receive a warm welcome and often a hug too, especially if the lovely Maria S checks us in. She is a wonderful asset to the hotel.
The location is fantastic, the rooms comfortable and spotless and the Executive lounge is excellent, with stunning views.
Die Lage ist absolut sensationell. U-Bahn, Tower Bridge, London Bridge alles fußläufig schnell zu erreichen. Das Frühstück ist sehr ansprechend und das Personal unglaublich zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und die Aussicht Richtung The Share ist wunderschön!
The warm welcome exceeded all expectations. As a diamond club member I was treated to the full vip and experience for my 87 year old mum. Ella went above and beyond to ensure that we had the best accommodation possible and coordinated a warm welcome for my mum. Can’t thank you enough it’s the extra special touches that make our stay
