I didn’t like the facility. I booked a room thinking I was staying at Ceasars Hotel instead the room chosen was at Harrah’s hotel their partner location.
It’s outdated and I wasn’t made aware that the room was at the Harrahs location across the street( neighboring partner). Just last weekend I stayed at Ceasars Hotel and I LOVED my corner 4th flr room. A total different experience than the room at Harrahs. Ewww
IT WAS VERY EASY TO ACCESS SHOPS, SPORTSBARS & RESTAURANTS, NOT TO MENTION THE CASINO! THE MUSIC WAS PHENOMINALLLLLLL!!!
When I am visiting New Orleans, it's more to mostly about entertainment(parties, concerts...) When I do attend these events, I usually have drinks, cocktails, and I CAN NOT eat foods when I am, so I usually don't eat, until I get back to my room later. Because I only eat certain foods, I usually fix a storage bag or container with foods of my choice and bring with me. Unfortunately, there was no microwave available on the property to lease or absolutely NO WHERE near the property. I don't like eating out much because I eat certain foods. I have stayed at other properties where there were microwaves available and/or could lease one. THAT WAS THE DISRELISH OF MY STAY;(((
Friendly personal. Nice decoration. I like that casino near hotel.
The room was dirty. Bunch of hairs hanging from the bed. Carpet has a lot of stains, but even wasn’t vacuumed. The shower room has a lot of black mold on tiles. I didn’t get slippers
I did not do Breakfast, but If I did, I would like chicken and waffle which I could not find anywhere there in New Orleans.
Housekeeping was very bland, they wasn't friendly at all, not until the last day. One of them actually spoke to us. The other staff members were exceptionally friendly and courteous.
Location and how beautiful the room
Coffee machine didn’t work
The location
It is hard to find the hotel because we were assigned to Harrah’s and there were several entrances of Caesars. It took us about half an hour to find the correct parking lot and the room.
The property was gorgeous and so are the rooms and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
Location was good.
The casino was excellent.
Nobu was spectacular. Good food
Emerils every time wanted to get in the kitchen was behind one or two hrs.
The staff not all of them where nice. Some where not helpful at all.
First night at 3 am somebody was knocking at my door. And the the ring bell sound si. E was a hearing impaired room. The last night also the elevator was not working because somebody put the fire alarm. So we waited 1 hour until we could go in the elevator and get to our room.
Das Personal war äusserst nett und hilfsbereit. Insbesondere Claudette ist nicht zu toppen. Unglaublich war so etwas von aufgestellt, motiviert und hilfsbereit. 😍😍😍
