Good, friendly hotel
Pros:

The welcome on arrival by Elvis. The comfortable well equipped room. The facilities were very clean and tidy. Had a meal on one of the evenings which was okay.

Cons:

Very slow service at the bar particularly on the first night when there was a company meeting and the girl serving was swamped. We took one look and went out for the night. The situation of the hotel as we had to take the car every time we wanted to go out but the parking was our main priority when we booked.

I had a good night stay and was comfortable too.
Pros:

Overall all was great stay, rooms where big and didn't get to use the facilities like the gym and bar area, it was room only stay as a short visit

Cons:

when I arrive in my room I can smell damp, it looked like something was leaking in corridor and was drying out, I never got the to bottom of it to asked of where it was.

Pros:

The manager Elvis and all the staff during our stay were absolutely fantastic.
Our air conditioning was not working when we arrived and we were moved immediately to another room.

Cons:

Not enough wardrobe space. Left cleaning cloth in bathroom. Breakfast was late at weekend unlike previous year when they had catered for the people going to f1. Paid for breakfast I couldn’t use

The location was good

Cons:

Hotel staff were not friendly and welcoming. At breakfast, the coffee machine was not working and we weren’t offered coffee from the other machine, but when others came to breakfast, they were welcomed with a smile and were offered if they would like coffee or tea!!!
Our bathroom shower was blocked and the manager wasn’t keen on helping us

Pros:

Very pleasant space. Room was pretty standard but clean, adequate for our needs and everything worked very smoothly.
Every single member of staff were impeccable. Friendly, professional, incredibly helpful and accommodating. Absolutely could not fault any of them . Standout though was Elvis who was on reception when we arrived. Such an absolute star, bent over backwards to accomodate us and made us feel well taken care of

Cons:

Air conditioning unit poorly placed to adequately cool the room. The shower gel smelled like my compost heap
