Perfect stop for travelling to Southampton from central Scotland

Really great customer service and a pleasant stay.
Pros:

I booked this for my parents and my sister. We had a few additional requests that the hotel could not have been more helpful in accommodating. They really enjoyed the brunch service at the hotel and said the staff were absolutely excellent. It sounds as though the brunch would be nice for non-residents and not something I knew about. I will definitely book family and friends in here again when they come to visit.
