Smell of cigarettes in room,no towels,window was disgusting, cold water pressure low unable to shower, very disappointing.
Fantastic location, room was spacious, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent - amazing amount of choice and beautifully presented.
Although the room was spacious and clean, it was shabby in respect of the decor and needs a freshen up. I also needed to rehang parts of the curtains as they had come off the rail.

Stel je niet teveel voor over de airconditioning, want die bestond uit een tamelijk luidruchtig apparaat dat niet veel koelde.
De waterdruk van de douche was nogal wisselend.

Lovely hotel in great location. Unfortunately there are issues with the plumbing including water pressure and also a damp musty smell in the corridor.

Large spacious rooms with lots of desk and cupboard areas
Really comfy room with comfy beds and good air con. Nice clean bathroom and plenty of coffee etc for drinks. The hotel lounge area had a comfortable homely feel. The staff were really friendly. Also thiughtful extras like water dispenser, dog toys/chews (not that we had one) and free ice creams as it was so hot!! Lovely vie4w of Brayford Pool.
The floor standing lamp didn't have a nearby plug socket, that was all really.

Some of the lights in the room didn’t work.
Just went for the night, lovely hotel staff very welcoming breakfast lovely will definitely stay here again 😊
