Pros:

the beach front view

Cons:

it smells like rotten rat so I have to go to store to buy some air fresheners sliding door lock not working properly washer dryer so old my clothes got ripped out one of the front desk staff is rude but the helpers r good.

Pros:

Everything was great at first we did have an issue with the door lock and the A/C but they immediately came over to fix it after we called the front desk with no issues.

Good pool and nice beach access in an older remodeled hotel that needs better maintenance
Pros:

Good location, nice pools and good beach access

Cons:

I was disappointed by the room and general state of the hotel. Lots of minor issues, deteriorating conditions, and poorly maintained. The pool and beach was the highlight. Yelling and noise at nights. No hot water in our room - we had to contact maintenance. No way this place is a true resort, nor worthy of several stars. The property and room reminded me of an aging lady in her sixties that put on a lot of makeup and tried to pass as a happening twenty-thirty year old. Hard pass for me to ever stay here again.

I loved it everyone was professional and very helpful.
Pros:

Everything was perfectly clean and organized. The stay was exceptional I loved everything about it. I love they have WhatsApp where you can send a quick message to the front office instead of having to call or go down that way I can ask a question even when I’m not at the resort.

Cons:

I wish the bar and pool were open longer but no complaints.

Other than the elevator, the Peninsula is a beautiful place to stay
Cons:

Elevator never working and we were on the fourth floor for three nights, and I had an elderly person with me
