Mi estacia ha superado mis espectativas súper encantada

Me ha encantado , se ha convertido en mi favorito ahora mismo , volvería sin dudas , la piscina con vista a el mar me tenía enviciada y las instalaciones súper lindas , dos jacussi, algunas habitaciones con espejo de agua minimal y tropical de lujo me ha encantado gracias gracias a él personal el trato súper especial , por el personal de recepción Frank a escuchado mis dudas y peticiones y me ha escuchado y solucionado con un encanto ,inmejorable . LO MEJOR DE CANARIAS MARINA SUITES …..🌴✨

Cons:

El aparcamiento 🅿️ estuve una hora buscando un hueco porque para acceder al alojamiento algunas veces no hay capacidad en el parking de la MARINA y hay q buscar un hueco y esperar q el parking q no es del hotel !!!! Se vacíe por lo demás todo espectacular , desayuno variado , trato inmejorable , y las instalaciones de locos súper bien

Great hotel but location information could be better
Pros:

Hotel was just what we needed - away from the hustle and bustle, close by to the ocean, restaurants close by and handy parking ( but at a cost).

Cons:

Hotel was very difficult to locate at night with the hire car. Instructions need to be better. You basically have to go into and open air car park near the hotel and then drive to the other side - a bit confusing!

La comodidad de la habitación y la piscina con unas vistas impresionantes . Muy tranquilo.

Cons:

La variedad del desayuno y la localización dentro de la Marina de Puerto Rico que obliga a pagar parking para acercarse al hotel. Sin descuento para los alojados, pagas lo mismo que cualquier otro visitante de la Marina Puerto Base.

Siempre me gusta mucho este hotel es muy tranquilo y relajante

Cons:

Todo excelente, la mayoría bien salvo la recepcionista del sábado por la mañana (04/07/26), que nos atendió como si nos estuviese haciendo un favor (mala cara, todo desagradable sonrisa irónica), y eso si que me pareció muy desagradable hasta se quitan las ganas. Pero luego fue compensado en creces con el resto de sus compañeros que son todos muy amables

Infinity pool , breakfast is nice , beds comfortable, rooms are big , stuff very polite , location is good and the view is nice ( but you have to pay ) 🙃

Cons:

There is no free parking in front of the hotel . 15 euro per day in front of the hotel , they said to park on side where we got a fine 80 euro . When we were staying from 3 elevator only one was working . Entire hotel was using only one elevator and we were staying 9h floor . Tv in the room is not a smart one .

Wonderful hotel
Pros:

Amazing setting for a hotel. Staff extremely hardworking and helpful. Room cleaned towels replaced daily. We stayed in fourth floor with stunning views of the sea, sunsets . Plenty of sun loungers although you have to be early to get your favorite spot .

Cons:

Parking is expensive I’ve never had to pay for hotel parking before and it’s a long walk through the car park to get to beach otherwise hard to fault this hotel

Paradise
Pros:

Stayed at this hotel many times. The rooms are very large and spacious. The beds are comfortable and the shower is powerful. The view from the balcony is stunning. I requested a higher level and the hotel accommodated our request. The pool can get crowded but the life guard usually finds you a bed.

Cons:

Having to leave. Staff in the restaurant serving lunch would benefit from a little further training but only a minor issue.

La limpieza, el
Orden el equipo que hay es muy muy bueno no hay nada malo que objetar. Todos muy atentos desde el primer día desde la jefa de recepción hasta el socorrista. La verdad que no hay nada malo que decir les recomiendo 100%100 la estancia aquí. Todo amplio con bastante acceso para los minusválidos la verdad que no me esperaba esto así. Grandes personas y gran equipo un 10 sobre 10 les doy gracias
