Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, łóżko bardzo wygodne (aż szkoda było wstawać), obsługa pomocna, troskliwa. Cały pobyt przekonał mnie do skorzystania ponownie z usług jeśli będę kiedyś w Brukselii

We like the location and our room is big. The square in front of the hotel is very lively in the evening and many choices of the restaurants.
The connecting doors from the elevator to our room has technical issue and don’t open automatically. When I first arrived to 2nd floor, it took me almost 5 mins to search for my room. The corridor is dark and the A4 info paper on the door cannot be read so obviously. I was wondering why nobody informed me (guests) at check in for this problem. Secondly, I had to ask the front desk to re-activate two times my key during our one night stay… Don’t know why it could happen…
The location of the hotel is good as it is a few km from city centre and has several restaurants just across the hotel. It is close to several museums and the lovely Park Leopold. I had the opportunity to check out the European quarters. The best part is i feel it is in a very safe neighbourhood. I love the Sunday market on the square with lovely fresh fruits. The hotel has a neuhaus choc store too.

What an excellent evening with my boyfriend for our 2nd anniversary. We were welcomed by Mr. Malili, who made our time truly exceptional.
I liked the bed and the room was comfortable and clean
The room was good but it was not a 5-star experience. The staff were not good enough for a 5-star hotel. I asked to print something at the hotel and they asked me to pay for it. I asked them questions in the morning and it took them all day to answer. The staff were thoroughly disappointing.
Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Auch fand ich gut, dass das Zimmer eine Klimaanlage hatte.
Das Zimmer war ganz schön abgenutzt und war an der ein oder anderen Stelle ein wenig alt. Für diesen Preis kann ich das Hotel nicht empfehlen.

It's an elegant hotel (with a beautiful spiral staircase) in a good location for walking through the city. The breakfast was great, and the staff was helpful.
Everything was perfect but stuff was exceptional 👌
And bed was like sleeping on a cloud and being covered by another cloud.
