Very comfortable hotel on lively Place Jourdan
Pros:

Cool, quiet and spacious double room with comfortable bed, tv and radio.
Staff helpful and discreet.
Decent hammam, nice rooftop terrace.

Cons:

I did not use the parking because I found it too expensive.

Nice Hotel
Pros:

The room we were allocated at Sofitel Brussels was very good and had a really nice view. The restaurant and bar area were great, with very helpful and welcoming staff. There is a roof-top bar area that was opened while we were there, and that was excellent. The only thing we couldn't do at the hotel was have the front desk change some cash for us into smaller notes, so we just left the tips that we wanted to on the bills. I think the tipping culture in some parts of Europe is perhaps not as cash oriented as in other areas.

Excellent hôtel
Pros:

J'ai apprécié le service voiturier, la chambre et le moelleux du lit, l'emplacement et le personnel qui était très agréable et serviable

Cons:

La dernière nuit, où je suis rentré juste avant minuit, j'ai dû garer la voiture au sous-sol, alors qu'on m'avait indiqué le matin même qu'il y a toujours quelqu'un de disponible, j'ai même dit que je rentrerais très tard dans la nuit, et on m'avait assuré qu'un voiturier prendrait en charge la voiture.

Nice hotel with technical issues
Pros:

We like the location and our room is big. The square in front of the hotel is very lively in the evening and many choices of the restaurants.

Cons:

The connecting doors from the elevator to our room has technical issue and don’t open automatically. When I first arrived to 2nd floor, it took me almost 5 mins to search for my room. The corridor is dark and the A4 info paper on the door cannot be read so obviously. I was wondering why nobody informed me (guests) at check in for this problem. Secondly, I had to ask the front desk to re-activate two times my key during our one night stay… Don’t know why it could happen…

Lovely stay and accessible to key attractions.
Pros:

The location of the hotel is good as it is a few km from city centre and has several restaurants just across the hotel. It is close to several museums and the lovely Park Leopold. I had the opportunity to check out the European quarters. The best part is i feel it is in a very safe neighbourhood. I love the Sunday market on the square with lovely fresh fruits. The hotel has a neuhaus choc store too.

Cons:

Slightly dated. Good to have some renovation.

Hotel bardzo wysokiej jakości, dobre warunki a obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, łóżko bardzo wygodne (aż szkoda było wstawać), obsługa pomocna, troskliwa. Cały pobyt przekonał mnie do skorzystania ponownie z usług jeśli będę kiedyś w Brukselii

zapach ręczników (nie były brudne, jest to raczej zapach środku do prania), użyliśmy własnego
