The location was great, just off the motorway, and very close to a lovely riverside walk, which we enjoyed in the morning. The staff were all friendly and very helpful.
I booked a Queen room, thinking it had a Queen size bed. But in fact, it was just a room with one double bed. It was a comfortable bed anyway so it was okay in the end, but I think the description on the website can be clearer.
Better than expected tbh.. Lovely views, clean and well equipped spacious room, friendly staff, nice breakfast and clean hotel overall.

Breakfast room needs more suitable dining tables and more space to move around the food stations as it felt like we were always in the way.

Couldn’t open the windows
The staff were really nice - especially Viv who was super helpful and friendly when we arrived after a 4 hour journey.
You had an option to use all the gym and sauna facilities, etc. We didn't however, so can't rate them.
The room was warm and quiet.
There is a small woodland to walk through next to the hotel.
Breakfast was great too.
Room was a little basic and unloved. The window could have used a net curtain as you were on total display.
