You can walk to the center in less than 20 minutes and the walk is pretty nice and I liked how spacious the room was, the bed was HUGE! The food is pretty good
It does not look like the photos they posted, it’s the same place but way less glamorous, the hotel is VERY old it depends on what you’re looking for, it was very cheap so i expected it to be like that. It’s giving 2000’s all inclusive hotels
As comodidades eram mais pequenas do que pareciam nas fotografias, a casa de banho tinha uma foto de um gato com uma escova de dentes muito à toa, não trocaram as toalhas todos os dias, foi preciso ao terceiro dia irmos pedir, éramos 3 e eles disseram que não tinham toalhas lavadas suficiente e só deram duas, a casa de banho era mal limpa, sentimos durante todos os dias areia no chão e na banheira, no último dia deixaram uma toalha e uma fronha usadas (que não eram do nosso quarto) em cima do frigorífico.
O sofá cama e as camas não são muito confortáveis, e a única roupa de cama é o lençol

Clean, comfy and good localization
Upon check- in I request an invoice under my company as I am travelling for business. The ladies at the reception told me that they can't do it, and that I should contact the central by phone. I contacted the central and they told me I should contact the hotel reception by mail or through the booking.com app. I have contacted several time and always the same BOT reply that don't solve anything. I don't know what you guys are playing but clients doesn't have time and don't want to go throught all this headache for a simple invoice. This totally ruined my experience. Train your reception staff to do invoices.

Booked this hotel for my son who travelling on his own. Informed the hotel that I had paid the deposit of £110.35 with my bank card but my son would pay the balance after his stay with his own bank card. My son was impressed with the hotel facilities and food etc and would recommend it. However when checking out he was told that because he was using a different bank card he would have to pay the full amount including the already paid deposit which would be refunded to me in 2-3 days. As the deposit was not refunded to me within the time frame I messaged the hotel to ask for the deposit to be refunded. After another 2-3 days I received a refund from the hotel for £102.56 although I had paid £110.35. I can only assume that the refund was paid in Euros instead of Sterling and the exchange rates had changed resulting in me receiving less than I had paid originally!! I've detailed this review so that the hotel understands that their impressive facilities have been undermined by poor customer service and to make others aware.
