Excelente estadía en un hotel muy completo.
Pros:

Hotel con muy buenos servicios, habitaciones comodas y limpias y personal super atento.
Muy buen servicio de desayuno, y comedor.
Tiene parking propio.
Tuvimos un problema con el aire acondicionado, que trataron de resolver, no se pudo y nos cambiaron a una habitación superior.
No hicimos uso de la psicina pero se veia muy bien.
Muy recomendable.

Cons:

En la zona de piscina para adultos, si bien habia un clara e indiscutidamente cartel de prohibido fumar, una pasajera maleducada fumaba cigarrillos sin parar, le indicamos que estaba prohibido fumar en el sector y nos indicó que el responsable del bar la habia autorizado.
Cuando fuimmos juntos a hablar con el muchacho del bar, nos dijo que si bien habia un cartel de prohibido fumar, se podria fumar en ese sector.
Quedamos muy sorprendidos por la respuesta del empleado y presentamos nuestro reclamo en la gerencia.
Entiendo que el hotel hará las aclaraciones que corresponde al empleado, pero por un error de un empleado no voy a juzgar o evaluar mal al hotel.

Nos hicieron un upgrade a all inclusive. Llegamos tarde y pudimos cenar en el hotel

Cons:

No pudimos usar el baño porque estaba rota la canilla y tuvimos que usar los baños comunes

Great place to stay as a solo traveler
Pros:

Rooms very clean if a little basic, was quiet on 5th floor and I felt safe as a lone female.
On bus route from airport and near enough to everything to walk . Rooftop bar nice at night.

Cons:

Would of liked a chain on door to double lock it

goede positie van het hotel, vriendelijk personeel & verzorgde all-in formule

Cons:

het vervangen van de ligzetels aan het grote zwembad zijn al enkel jaren aan de orde. het proper houden van de buitenmeubilair (terrastafels, stoelen ect) kan ietsjes beter.

1. ניקוז המים במקלחת היה חלש
