Séjour très reposant dans un cadre agréable
Pros:

Hôtel vaste, propre, agréable à vivre.
Belle vue des terrasses de chambre : montagne et mer.
Personnel très disponible et arrangeant.
Tout est pensé pour les clients.

Great stay, good staff, excellent value for money off season
Pros:

Great location and value for money this time of year. The staff were friendly helpful and kind and the pools and bars are well run

Cons:

I stayed at end of season and the dinner options were a bit limited due to the high volume of people dining. There are plenty of fresh salad and fruit though

Great for families who don't care about noise
Pros:

The staff was excellent in all areas. The meals were plentiful and covered everything you could want. The rooms were cleaned every day and the location was walking distance to the beach, bus stop and a pleasant seaside walk in 30 minutes to Sant Antoni.

Cons:

The beds were very hard. The walls were so thin you could hear every word the neighbors were saying, babies crying and doors slamming in the hall. The pools were never cleaned in 12 days yet looked OK. I did see a technician put chemicals in 1 day. The childrens entertainment by the family pool was loud every night so no early sleeping. The adult entertainment was great 1 night but other nights there was no entertainment and everything was focussed for kids. Adult entertainment would be nice inside while kid entertainment was out by the pool.

Well worth the money!
Pros:

For the price of the property it was extremely good value for money. Everything was very clean, with fresh towels replaced everyday. There was a kids pool and adults only pool. We went during off peak seasons so Ibiza itself was very calm but it was located within walking distance of a good few of the major clubs. The was a good selections of choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner, it was buffet style and I would recommend going all inclusive if you want to stay. All the staff were really friendly and truly great workers. All and all I truly can’t fault it.

Cons:

The property advertises a gym however it’s very limited but there is a good gym within walking distance if that’s something you’re interested in that you can get a day pass for.

L’emplacement est sympa, l’hôtel plutôt bien également

Cons:

J’ai pas aimé ne pas avoir une compensation concernant les problèmes, électricité partiellement coupé, pas d’eau du tout pendant 2 jours et pas de toilette dans la chambre qui fonctionne car plus d’eau et pas d’ascenseur… avec bébé et poussette c’est très compliqué

Pros:

I’m still waiting for the property to get me my refund back. I had an injury when staying in this hotel, and for 2 days the hotel didnt have water or energy. It was terrible. They put you in the 5 floor and made you go all the way up with no elevator. We booked more nights through their website because it was cheaper but they didn’t help at all getting my refund

Refeições horríveis a limpeza quarto estiveram dois dias sem a fazer foi preciso pedir para reporem as toalhas. O hotel ficou 2 dias sem água e luz só havia o mínimo as máquinas não funcionaram pedi alternativa e não me deram tive de pedir o livro de reclamações
