A good and reliable stopover near shopping and Vila Nova de Gaia's best hospital
Pros:

The location is terrific, next to the Arrabida Shopping Center and the Hospital da Luz, in the middle of the south side of the Douro river in Vila Nova de Gaia. The staff is pleasant. Lunch, served off the lobby was tasty and convenient.

Cons:

Access by car is not to the front door. You are dropped off on the street approximately 50 meters away and have to walk with your bags up a slight incline to the entrance.

Confortável, tranquila e cheirosa.
Pros:

Não incluimos o café na estadia.
Localização razoável. Deslocamento até o centro/Ribeira se faz necessário através de Bolt, Uber, Taxi ou ainda transporte público. Não dá pra ir a pé.
Acomodações e dependências do Hotel excelentes.
Funcionária da recepção não queria aceitar o documento de um dos hóspedes, no caso meu marido, que mora no Brasil ( passaporte pela plataforma digital do Gov.Br ou cópia). O outro casal é Português e reside em Lisboa e eu tenho Autorização de residencia válida para Portugal e moro em Lisboa. Quase tivemos que trocar de hotel. Faltou um pouco de conhecimento, tato e sensibildade. Mas depois cedeu.

Cons:

Somente desta questão logo na chegada. Recebemos de imediato um não, sem abertura para outras opções. Acabei sendo um pouco incisiva e cabamos por conseguir ficar hospedados.
