Pros:

Consuelo was very friendly and very helpful.

Cons:

Rude staff and reception experience- No to La Quinta Hotels

Property was at good location. Breakfast was okay as normal.

Cons:

I had a visit to this hotel on Sep 6-7 2026.
The front desk service did not meet my expectations.
The receptionist girl was unwelcoming and rude, dismissive and lacked basic courtesy.

First of all they had broken bathroom faucet and on reporting that to front desk as soon as we entered into room, she start arguing and falsely accusing that your family might have broke it and she will deduct it from security deposits. Really shameful!!
Will never choose La Quinta hotels anymore !!

Note - Later they called some plumber and got it barely fix barely to use, though water was leaking in the bathtub.

Terrible
Pros:

The room smelled of piss, when we informed the staff they said hotel was full so couldn't move us to another room.
The smell was unbearable to sleep so we had to check out of the hotel immediately.

Pros:

The lady that checked me in was rude I've been staying there for years I had 3 remotes for the tv and the breakfast was way less than it used to be I won't be going back!
