Pros:

Great location, welcoming staff. Probably one of the better hotel gyms I have been in. We found a sauna which we weren't expecting.

Conveniently located, spacious
Pros:

Reservation process was handled with professionalism. It can be paid via direct transfer instead of using credit card with credit card charges. But it has to be paid in full before the arrival date.

Location was fantastic and the 2 bedroom suite fit our family's need (1 king and 2 single beds). The room has a full kitchen with dishwasher plus a laundry room. This made the trip more relaxing than normal hotel accommodation. Our room was at 30 floor, offering an unblocked view of the city. The enclosed balcony was a relaxing spot for the sunny morning and afternoon. Not sure if it's hot in summer.

However, the kitchen should add a bottle of handwash. It should be given at check-in. Recycling bins for plastic bottles and paper waste should also be available if the hotel wants sustainability. Asking customers to re-use towels and hang them on the towel rack is OK. Yet despite we did that, the cleaning team didn't not carry that out and change all towels regardless.

One day after we returned to the room, my child discovered her PJ was left on the floor after the cleaning team made her bed. She left the PJ on the bed and it should be returned where it was rather than carelessly left on the floor. This is why it received only 4 star from me.

The mattresses and pillows were also on the soft side. Firmer options would be helpful for better sleep.

Otherwise, it was one of the better equipped and spacious serviced apartments we had in Sydney.

Another trouble free trip to Sydney
Pros:

Fraser suites are a very comfortable and roomy place to stay when we have breaks in Sydney. And the breakfasts are second to none!!!

I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room, for a 5 star hotel my stay didn’t feel like that at all. The floors

The street is extremely noisy the walls seemed very thin. The apartment was dirty and had stained carpet/ stained lounge and the walls and skirting boards were filthy. The property doesn’t look like it’s had a proper clean in a very long time.
