Pros:

Joseph, the hotel receptionist, was very helpful and had an excellent service attitude. He helped me with many problems.

Cons:

The bed frame was too old; it either made strange noises or the mattress sagged in the middle. The lack of a microwave in the room was also inconvenient.

Extremely clean and comfortable with an outstanding breakfast.
Pros:

The room was extremely clean and the sheets were better than average quality. The pillows were comfortable. I liked being able to make a cup of coffee or tea in the room. The TV had actual choices of movies to watch. The breakfast was serious good with so many choices.

Cons:

The bathtub was really nice and large, but there wasn't adequate hot water to take a bath.
It would have been nice if I had been asked if I was a Hyatt rewards member, because I didn't think about it until later.

Pros:

Spacious room. More beds than stated in the description. Two queen beds, one queen sofa bed, and surprisingly one twin sofa bed.

Cons:

The hotel is going through construction on the floor where the self laundry facilities are located. That makes the washers and dryers unavailable. An announcement about the temporary inconvenience would help. Also the front desk staff seems unaware of the construction progress and tells the guests to check it out by themselves. That is unprofessional.

Large room but too much noise
Pros:

Stayed here for one night, and it was okay. Easy to get to from I-95, plenty of free parking spots, and in a relatively quiet area. The room was large with separate areas for the bed and sofa bed, plenty of places to sit and relax. I didn’t mind that the room had no carpeting, and it seemed clean. My two biggest issues with the room were that the walls and doors were very thin, so it was very noisy (from both neighbors and hall noise), and the beds (regular and sofa bed) were way too soft for us to get any decent sleep (along with the noise). It worked for a one-night stay, but anything longer would have been difficult.

Stay Here! Period, end of sentence!

Listen. We didn't expect much from this place. The people at Hyatt corporate reservations were very difficult to work with as we tried to book 5 rooms for a sad family event. THEN, we spoke to and dealt with the people at the Hyatt Place Milford actual site and they were ALL BEYOND TERRIFIC!!! Not just as we continued to change, cancel, modify, confirm, ask for exceptions, re: our reservations before we got there, but, also every minute that we were on site for our 5 day stay - 7/24!!. Hyatt has these amazing people working 3 or 4 jobs at one time - check-ins, check-outs, bartending, cleaning at times, actually cooking meals for people in "The Placery"?? - EVEN at 10 PM!?!? We are seriously committed to lift all of these people up to Hyatt as THE BEST OF THE BEST:
Nazima - ESPECIALLY NAZIMA!!!, Carlos, Rogel, Abygail, Alfred, Tiffany, Jarrell, the kitchen staff, the housekeepers - ALL - were amazing. People. STAY HERE! Period, end of sentence.

Amazing
Pros:

Very clean and fully functional with a lot of amenities, 24 hour gym It’s right in the heart of everything. As a woman, I traveled alone and I felt completely safe. The staff is very kind and they also give you an itinerary for things to do. The housekeeping was great. The rooms were super clean. No complaints at all nowhere

Breakfast buffet was fine. Nice room size.

Cons:

Room AC. With ac, the room gets either too hot or too cold. Therefore, could not get a decent sleep. Additionally, the room window is hardly sound proof. Constant machinery noise from across the street.
