We paid over $200 for one night in the middle of October. It was supposed to be low season but somehow there was a high demand for hotels. We arrived later after 11 pm. We asked for 2 bottles of water which is standard in most hotels, but we were told they were $3.50 per bottle. We found the refusal of complimentary water very unsavory. The front desk person relented and said only one of the bottles would be complimentary, but in the end I was charged for both. We stayed at the hotel for less than 12 hours and paid more than the usual rate. Most 2-3 star hotels these days offer water, but not this one. The room we got was larger than expected and the bed was comfortable, but if we ever found ourselves in need of a hotel in Milford, I doubt we would choose this one.

The hotel staff were so kind, room was nice and clean.
Construction of the building, no warning about it. Hard to work around construction people and they were rude. So loud starting at 7am! Scared our dog.

What I sent on the couch in the room there were crumbs on the couch. I was a little disappointed I expected more.
Room was big and front desk is really friendly
It was clean and roomy. Front desk staff was very pleasant. Typical hotel free breakfast better than others we have had.
