All is beautiful. We stayed at warm room that was super comfortable for 2 adults and a baby of 16 months. We also visited the ice rooms, great experience!

För mig som handikappad som måste sitta och duscha är tvålen alldeles för högt monterad på väggen och svår att nå ovanför huvudet.
Inga brickor i restaurangen vilket innebär att för mig som handikappad (återigen, har benprotes och saknar större delen av fingrarna) och har svårt att bära saker att jag måste gå flera gånger och ta flera tallrikar i onödan.
Posto unico al mondo, le sculture di ghiaccio sono vere opere d'arte, affascinanti e meravigliose. Lo staff è gentilissimo, le camere accoglienti, i letti comodi, molti i servizi offerti tra i quali una bellissima sauna. Al ristorante abbiamo mangiato benissimo.

En eloge till de hårt jobbande frukostvärdinnorna! Fina pålägg på frukostbuffen - särskilt laxen höll hög klass.
Jag tycker det är tråkigt när personal som har kundkontakt (läs: reception, restaurang) inte pratar svenska alls. Sen var det ett påvert utbud av bröd på frukostbuffen.

Det börjar bli allt mer tydligt att anläggningen uppfördes i slutet av 1980-talet. Vägarna på området, fasader m.m. behöver renoveras. Is-barens begränsade öppettider märkliga eftersom anläggningen inte har något att erbjuda utöver den.
