Comfortabel verblijf met goed ontbijt. Verassende ijskamers en goede sauna.

Ruime kamer, netjes verzorgd. Bezoek aan de ijskamers was erg leuk en verrassend. Fijne sauna.

Ice hotel 365 var en helt fantastisk upplevelse. Väldigt bra frukost. Låg vackert vid vattnet.

Cons:

Saknade verkligen kyl och micro. Missade att städa och fylla på tillgång till kaffe.

Cons:

Då inträde till ishotellet ingick i rumsbokningen så blev vi mycket fövånade när en manlig perinal pp morgonen avvisade oss samt en tysk familj från att komma in på ishotellet då han sa att det kostade extea och ej ingick i rumspriset. Den tyska familje blev mycket besvikna o åkte därifrån och var upprörda då dom betalt rum där inträde tiöl ishotellet ingick. Tur var att vi pratade med dom i receptionen som sa att det var fel och sen stod det istället en anna trevlig kvinna vid ishotellet och släppte i folk. Att mannen inte hade koll på att detta ingick var uruselt och han förstörde dagen för den tyska familjen.

En helt okej vistelse, men rummen höll inte riktigt den hotellstandard som vi förväntade oss

Frukosten var mycket bra med ett stort och varierat utbud, vilket var ett stort plus

Cons:

Vi övernattade i de varma rummen och de verkade vara i ursprungsskick. Toalettstolen knarrade och det fanns dessutom en hel del döda myggor samt blodfläckar från myggor kvar på väggar och gardiner. Med lite bättre underhåll hade upplevelsen varit betydligt bättre

Very nice breakfast, overall nice stay.
Cons:

No possibility to open a window, as window net was missing and outside where hangry mosquitoes waiting. No way to cool down the room temperature.
