Receptionspersonal pratade endast engelska (ok) och önskar de kunde tala högre och tydligare. Irriterande att behöva fråga igen.
200kr för drink i ishotellet serverat ur plastflaska på 5 sekunder är INTE prisvärt. Förstår om sommarjobbarna är blasse och vill komma in i värmen men vi som är gäster känner av stämningen direkt, och det förtar helhetsupplevelsen.
Restaurangen serverade trevlig middag av hög klass, 3-rätters för överkomliga 595kr.
