Pros:

Mooie en ruime hotelkamer, die goed is ingericht. Geen minibar of koelkastje, wel koffie/thee op de kamer. Er was maar één restaurant geopend (zomerseizoen). Dat was wel jammer, we hadden ons verheugd op een pizza en niet op een ster-waardig diner. Ieder zijn ding. We zijn naar Kiruna gereden, 10 minuten met de auto, ook prima. Ook leuk dat je als gast rond mag kijken in de ijskamers. Prachtige kunstwerken!

Pros:

Tolle Lage, super Zimmer und sehr freundliches Personal. Das icehotel ist ein super Erlebnis....wegen unserer Hündin durften wir dort nicht übernachten, es aber besichtigen. Wir waren begeistert. Toll auch das Frühstück und Abendessen im Restaurant

Inget kylskåp på rummet. TV fick bara signal ibland, men det löstes med att vi fick låna en cromecast.

Ishotellet är fint på vintern

Cons:

Hotellrummet var skavt och slitet särkilt i badrummet. Obekväma höga som uppblåsta syntet kuddar.
Blev väckt strax innan kl.7 när grannen lämnade sin otrygga hund skällandes ensam minst en timme på hotellrummet och sen kom städ och körde runt dammsugaren på klinkergolvet kl.9 i grannrummen. Utcheckning är kl.11

Pros:

Fina och fräscha rum i den vanliga bodelen.
Fantastiska isrum med alla skulpturer

Cons:

Lite dåligt med parkeringsplatser.
Frukosten så där. Mkt var slut och personalen hade svårt att hinna med att ta fram nytt. Dom kämpade på så gott dom kunde. Underbemanning?
