Terrible experience. Ran away!
Pros:

My wife and I were truly disappointed with the hotel. We have reserved the ice/frozen bedroom to spend our wedding anniversary. However, when arriving at hotel, they said that it was allowed to enter in the room only after 6PM and leave max by 8:30AM. Who wake up so early in a place with notherlights?! To solve it, they sent us to a cheap and terrible warm room, saying that it was the same price of the frozen o e - not at all. They didn’t inform ANY of those things at booking. Terrible experience and do not recommend this cheap place at all!

Cons:

Väldigt dyrt. Kaffet kostade 40kr och inte ens en hel kopp. 1 flaska cava kostade 1000kr. Maten dyr men jättebra.

Exceptional Staff, Facilities and Experience!
Pros:

The ice art is stunning. The instruction and assistance for the stay in the cold room was exceptional. The staff was friendly and accommodating, with much useful advice. Loved the secure luggage lockers. Great to take advantage of the laundry service. The station of gluten-free options for breakfast was the best we've ever seen!

Recommend night in regular room after night on ice
Pros:

Second night stay in the warm room was welcome. The transition from ice room to regular room was pretty seamless and convenient. Staff was always willing to answer our many questions and requests. The restaurant was primo! Easy walk down to the store, church and museum/cafe/reindeer.

Cons:

Didn't realize we were supposed to be at the bus stop across/down the street at departure.
