Une bonne expérience
Pros:

Personnel agréable et avenant (et disponible)
Emplacement idéal pour moi (proche transports et zone d'activités)

Hôtel à fermer jusqu'à sa rénovation complète !!!

Rien. si ce n'est la proximité de la ville du Plessis Robinson ou j'avais à faire pendant 2 jours d'où mon choix...

Cons:

Le personnel parlant très mal le français, et peu poli, ni bonjour, ni au revoir, ni oui ni merde comme on dit...
La saleté des parties communes, couloirs menant aux chambres avec de nombreuses énormes taches.
Ascenseur dégueulasse maculés de taches lui aussi,
on se demande ou posé les pieds et la valise...
C'est établissement est complètement à rénover.
Le pris de la taxe de séjour est exorbitant.
Et le prix du parking aussi, 15€ par jour alors qu'on ne peut pas stationner dans le rue...

Pros:

emplacement près du tramway, cadre reposant, chambre fonctionnelle, personnel accueillant et disponible, nos nombreux magasin autour

Cons:

la propreté de la chambre, la fréquence du nettoyage des chambres doit être augmentée, le ménage de la salle de bain doit être fait à fond

Pros:

Les transports et commerces à proximité. La tranquillité et le calme.

Cons:

Le lit est trop dur nous avons très mal dormi et la douche est un peu "casse gueule" mon compagnon et moi avions failli glissé.

Fine but might need some improvements
Pros:

The property was clean, although some items look old or faulty and hall had strong smells at time. There was a real effort to keep the place clean and of good standard.

Cons:

Stain on the carpet in the hall, occasional smells and the fact that accountability is obviously randomly managed: we were asked to pay twice the same fees: my bank statement was not considered as proof and I ended up going back to the vacated flat to search for my paper receipt, to prove that fees were paid. And despite of this, I was told that there was a mistake in the initial calculation and that we owed more.

Pros:

Hospedagem com ótimo custo benefício. Bem localizado e de fácil acesso a ônibus e Tram. Muitos restaurantes e mini mercados ao redor. Recomendo a hospedagem.

Cons:

Estava descrito que iriram limpar o quarto a cada 7 dias por ser uma hospedagem longa. Não foi isso o que ocorreu. Vieram limpar o quarto após 14 dias de hospedagem. Acredito que este item precisa de atenção e melhoria. Mas mesmo assim, recomendo a hospedagem.

Der Gratis Kaffe am Morgen
Die Sauberkeit

Cons:

Extrem heiss in den Zimmer, keine Klima. Wir hatten die Fenster komplett offen über Nacht aber dann hört man den Strassenlärm. Wenn man zur Garage möchte muss man immer aussteigen und zur Rezeption rein damit das Tor geöffnet wird. Wenn man rausfahren will muss man warten bis das Personal das Tor öffnet. Finde das man das anders lösen könnte.
Vorgänger vor uns haben im Zimmer geraucht. Leider hat man das immer noch gerochen.
