Pros:

Sehr schöne Lage. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbüffet.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer entspricht in keiner Weise einem 4-Sterne Hotel, schon gar nicht dem Preisniveau des Hotels.
Die Preissteigerung von 20% gegenüber dem Vorjahr ist eine Frechheit

The quietness and the continental breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

The room we stayed in was very out-dated, the AC was so-so. We were charged an additional $300 euros to upgrade our room from street view to lake view.

It was wonderful. We traveled with 2 other couples and enjoyed our stay!

The location was wonderful. The breakfast was fabulous! Views were stunning.

Cons:

The temperature control in the room. It got very hot in the night. This is coming from a menopausal woman. LOL!

Location is excellent. Views from room and property are wonderful. Dining was good and service from hotel staff very good.

Amazing would definitely comeback
Pros:

Amazing location, perfect view, a lot of care for the guests, I loved the thoughtful and pretty hotel pool bag with towels. The staff is very friendly, the garden is beautiful and amazing breakfast.

Cons:

The bathroom could be renovated, specially the shower box. There is no proper placement for shower products. And it’s also very small.

personal, sauberkeit, ist in die jahre gekommen, sehr unfreundlich und man muss zum bügeln runter in einen Bügel raum, roomservice menü kaum auswahl. Preis ist hoch aber bieten kein luxus

She made everything easy for us, especially combining our reservations and arranging a beautiful room.The staff is excellent, especially the bellboys and the restaurant team — always kind, professional, and very attentive.We truly enjoyed our stay at the Grand Hotel Menaggio.Thank you again, Cristina, and the whole team.

Pros:

The location was incredible. The ferry was literally outside the hotel entrance

Cons:

The staff at reception was not the friendliest. Restaurant staff was great. For the price we paid I feel that there was no need to pay for water in the room
