Goed hotel en kom er graag
Pros:

Mooie ligging net hotel. Mooie parkeergarage

Cons:

De meneer achter de balie is erg nors en komt niet gastvrij over. Misschien geen verkeerde man, maar mag wel wat meer aan zijn norse houding doen.

部屋がとても綺麗で、明るく、快適でした。部屋に水やコーヒー、紅茶などもありました。冷蔵庫、バスタブもあり、快適でした。

Cons:

ほとんどのスタッフはとても親切でした。ただ男性の40〜50代くらいのスタッフ1人が私とロビーで待ち合わせしていた友人が来た時にしつこく質問をして来ました。他にも待ち合わせの客がいたにも関わらず、アジア系の私たちだけに聞いて来ました。彼女はドイツ語で私を迎えに来た旨を説明しましたが、私の部屋番号をしつこく聞かれ、嫌な思いをしました。

Pros:

Good location, swimmingpool and breakfast

Cons:

Unfortunately I cannot give a higher rate due to our sofa bed that was broken upon arrival. The hotel was fully booked so they could’t give us a different room. The employee told us he would speak to the manager about a compensation. The next morning we were send away by the reception and they told us just send us an e-mail. I have done so twice now, but still no reply with a solution. The hotel itself was very nice but as this is handled very badly.

Empfang unpersönlich und nicht hilfsbereit. Nahe am Bahnhof, zu weit weg von der Altstadt

Dass die gebuchten Zimmer nebeneinander waren

Cons:

Dass der Empfang so unfreundlich war und man sich geweigert hat, einen Rollkoffer schon am Morgen aufzubewahren (wegen fehlender Nummern), war für mich unakzeptabel für 4 Sterne

Pick this if you need to be close to the train station. Indoor pool is open from 0700-2300 if you need to wear the kiddo
Pros:

Very nice hotel and very walkable. Ten minutes or less and you’re in old town. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Also, right across the street from the train station.

Cons:

Nothing at all. It was great. Wished we could have stayed longer is all.

Nur eine Person im Empfang, dadurch sehr häufig lange Warteschlangen. Zimmer war für uns erst nach 16Uhr zugänglich. Keine ausreichende Belüftung im Badezimmer.

Super mooi hotel, uitstekende service en kwaliteit.
Pros:

Mooi hotel. Vriendelijk personeel, Goede bedden, Hygiënisch, en heel comfortabel. Badjassen lagen klaar, minibar was gevuld. Restaurant was uitstekend en met uitstekende service. Complimenten aan personeel bij diner.
Heerlijk na een lange rit als tussenovernachting van vakantie.

Cons:

Locatie van hotel was wat druk. Was in eerste instantie zoeken waar te parkeren etc. Wel meteen uitstekend geholpen door medewerkers bij check in.
