Super freundliche Rezeption ☺️ beim Ankommen und bei Abreise. Obwohl im Stadtlärm super gute Isolierung. Ruhig mit tollem Blick und direkt am Bahnhof. Sehr zu empfehlen. Schwimmbad und Sauna 😁. Prima 👍

Die Lage
Hotel ist in den 90ern stehen geblieben. Einrichtung 30 Jahre alt (TAE Dose am Nachttisch, aber keine Steckdosen), keine Abluft im Badezimmer (nach 3 Minuten Duschen alles beschlagen), bei Zimmer im 7. Stock dauert es gefühlt 5 Minuten bis warmes Wasser kommt. Bei Ankunft beide Aufzüge defekt, mussten in den 7. Stock die Treppen hoch, wurde vom Personal mit einem Lächeln bedacht. Kurzfristig am Abend gebuchtes Frühstück für 27€ pro Person konnte am nächsten Morgen nicht storniert werden. Wirklich dreist. Restaurant gute Qualität aber total überteuert (1 Ramazotti 9,50€ - dafür kaufe ich eine ganze Flasche)

Ausstattung vom Zimmer (vorallem Bad) ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es war sauber, aber man sieht deutliche Spuren der Zeit.
I made a last minute reservation using booking.com as I was attending a social event that overran and thought it would be better to go into a local hotel rather than a long train trip home. The booking went well, and I pre-paid, receiving a confirmation that the booking was successful.
However, when I arrived at the hotel, the receptionist told me that my booking had been rejected as there were no free rooms. I asked how this was possible, seeing they had accepted my booking and payment. I even showed him the booking.com app and it showed there were 6 or 7 room still available. The receptionist said there were no rooms and that there had been a "system error". This is really poor service and pushing the problem onto the customer. The receptionist was unwilling to own the problem or help me find alternative accommodation anywhere else. So I walked through the freezing cold looking for another hotel, and finally ended up catching an early hours train.
This is awful service for an allegedly quality hotel, especially seeing the "system error" was their fault and not mine.
Receptionist should have owned the problem and found a solution.
