Zu lange Wartezeiten beim Ein- und Ausschecken...

Lage ist zentral, Zimmer sehr ruhig

Es hat im Zimmer weder Bademantel noch Hausschuhe und das trotz Schwimmbad.
Es hat keine Steckdosen bei den Betten - nur zwei 'komische' Löcher..

Als wir einchecken wollten, sind zwei Autocars mit ca. 100 Gästen eingetroffen. Wir mussten eine Stunde warten - es gab keinen anderen Schalter für die Gäste, die nicht zur grossen Gruppe gehörten. Ich hatte sogar ein online Check-In gemacht und trotzdem mussten wir uns gedulden.

Personal is unfreundlich, machts sich über Gäste lustig.

Frühstück für EUR 27.-- zu teuer, es gibt keinen Lachs, trockene Brötchen und Croissants... Früchte waren ausgegangen, dauerte ziemlich lange, bis das Personal wieder nachgefüllt hat.

Beim auschecken mussten wir ca. 20 Minuten warten, um das Parking Ticket zu bezahlen - es gibt keinen Automaten und auch keinen Express-Schalter.
Parking viel zu teuer : 1 Tag à EUR 28.--, wir sind um ca. 11 h 00 angekommen und um ca. 14 h 00 am nächsten Tag rausgefahren und es wurden EUR 37 verrechnet..

Hotel sollte nicht unter Novotel und Accor laufen...

Ideaal gelegen aan de rand van de oude stad
Pros:

Een prima hotel om een fijne locatie aan de rand van het oude centrum van Freiburg. Parkeren ging goed in de bijbehorende garage. We hadden een kamer voor ons gezin van 4 personen. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en lekker. Aan te raden hotel voor als je op doorreis bent en je ook een leuke tussenstop wilt maken.
