Freiburg ist schön, gerne wieder, aber in einem anderen Hotel
Pros:

Die Dame an der Rezeption war freundlich (im Gegensatz zu ihrem Kollegen).
Das Frühstück war anständig.
Die Parkmöglichket war komplikationslos.
Die Lage war gut.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war nur teilweise gereinigt, auch nach mehrfachen Hinweisen ist einer Nachreinigung nicht nachgekommen worden. Zudem waren die Möbel verwohnt und der Teppich verunreinigt. Der Schwimmbadbereich war deutlich kleiner als erwartet. Die Bademäntel waren in Größe xs.

Lage. Pool vorhanden.

Cons:

Zimmer etwas altmodisch, kein Bademantel/Schlappen( wichtig wegen Poolnutzung), keine Minibar, Fenster nicht zu öffnen, Geräusche aus anderen Zimmern. Meine Novotel-Clubmitgliedschaft konnte nicht erkannt werden ( früher häufig Novotel Berlin Tiergarten). Hitelpreis für die Leistung recht hoch

Toller Tag in Freiburg mit Wellness abends

Sehr freundliche Dame an der Rezeption, die unseren Wunsch nach einem etwas früheren checkin nach einer langen Reise ernst nahm, jedoch anscheinend nichts tun konnte. Der Kollege dagegen, der ebenfalls an der Rezeotion stand, war zu uns als Familie eher unfreundlich, wirkte arrogant, sagte, für 30 Euro könnten wir früher in das Zimmer. Vorher wurde uns gesagt, dass das Zimmer noch nicht fertig sei. Wir stellten die Koffer ab, hierbei war die freundliche Dame sehr hilfsbereit. Ein großes Lob an sie! Das Zimmer hat uns sehr gut gefallen, ebenso das Schwimmbad. Minibar mit Wasser, Apfelsaft, Bier, Cola, Nüssen, Chips, Schokolade gratis dazu, toll!

Angenehmes Hotel für Familien gut geeignet in einer Toplage
Pros:

Sehr zentrale Lage, direkt am Bahnhof und der Innenstadt, Frühstück war vielfältig, unser 14 jähriges Kind konnte mit bei uns im Zimmer auf dem Schlafsofa schlafen

Cons:

Leider mussten wir das Zimmer wechseln, da der Vorgänger darin geraucht hatte und wir das deutlich gerochen haben und am Fenster noch Asche lag. Der Duschschlauch war viel zu kurz, mein Mann konnte nicht stehend die Haare waschen und die Glasabtrennung an der Wanne war sehr knapp bemessen und hielt nicht gut, so dass nach dem Duschen, das ganze Bad unter Wasser stand

La entrada del parking no es muy cómoda y el precio del desyuno algo excesivo por eso no lo pedimos.
