Luxe verblijf in het stadse Bangkok
Pros:

Super schoon en netjes, personeel zeer servicegericht, zeer ruim en comfortabel appartement, lekker zwembad. Locatie perfect tov de BTS en Mahanakon om de hoek. Uitzicht over de stad fenomenaal.

Cons:

Ontbijt wat beperkt en de locatie ligt aan een zeer drukke weg, dus niet echt gezellig.

BTS /Silom line right outside the door.
4 stops to Siam
5 stops to National Stadium station
The pool was terrific
Staff very accommodating

Cons:

The smaller studio with the bigger windows and balcony was better than the 1 bedroom suite at the rear .

Incredible staff and location, with all necessary amenities.
Pros:

The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, the room we were eventually given was incredibly spacious, and the location was fantastic

Cons:

The room we were initially given didn't have any external windows. The staff very quickly remedied this for us and moved us to a different room on the spot!

Convenient location, adequate room size, and helpful staff.
Pros:

In addition to being accessible to the BTS and having a bidet in all toilets, washing machine, and dryer, guests also have the option to request an extra bed and are greeted by friendly staff. We appreciate the complimentary snacks, tea, and coffee, as well as the continuous refills of glass bottles of water.

Cons:

I felt a slight discomfort around my neck as a result of the pillows' texture. The ability to sign in to a personal Netflix account should be available to guests.

My Holiday was ruined
Pros:

Staff are not trained to resolve customer issues or even try to understand - To my surprise, my both kids are registred to 0 years of ages !!! umbelievable (Surely a mistake from Booking.com) and not mine. I was humilated in front of my family and people present at the Restaurant as I am a Cheater !!!! You definitly need to train your Staff - Surely, I won't come back and I won't make any recommandation to my circle

Train your people on Customer Service - It should be someone to talk to , basically a decision maker
