El agua de la alberca estaba muy fría y como andan remodelando unos cuartos, pues se oía el ruido hasta mi habitación.

Observación en los baños
Pros:

Esta amplio agusto yo no escuche ruidos de carretera y fue evento de motociclistas y tampoco los escuché

Cons:

Hay que tener un poco de más cuidado con el tipo de piso que ponen en los baños por que es muy resbaloso deberían de poner cintas antiderrapantes

Tiene buena ubicación por si quieres hospedarte al norte de la ciudad sin entrar a ella.
Todo el personal ha sido muy amable, el restaurante es bueno y las instalaciones están limpias y bien mantenidas.

Cons:

Hubo un grupo grande de jóvenes que no dejaban de gritar y cantar pasadas las 11 pm. el staff fue increíble y nos consiguió una habitación lo más alejado del ruido.

Por comentarios del personal, es usual que el hotel reciba grupo así de grandes, sin embargo parece que la gerencia no hace esfuerzo en comunicarles el respeto a los demás huéspedes por la noche.

Si te interesa descansar bien por la noche, valdría la pena comunicarse al hotel para saber que tu reserva no coincidirá con un grupo así.
