Cobrarem pelo estacionamento é dos poucos hotéis que temos de pagar pelo estacionamento, mas esta situação só começou a acontece com a nova gerência ! Desde 2007 ( quase 20 anos ) que fico nesta unidade hoteleira

Everything was great!
Feines Nachtessen mit einem Tisch zuvorderst mit sehr schöner Aussicht.
Unser Deluxe Zimmer mit Meersicht hatte frontal nur Sicht auf ein Gebäude vor uns. Die Sicht nach rechts und links war jedoch sehr schön aufs Meer.
Pool ist recht klein für die Grösse des Hotels. Das Bild in booking.com täuscht.
Sea view is good – the only good thing in this hotel.
The hotel is extremely disappointing for a property that presents and prices itself as five-star. In reality, it is an average three- to four-star hotel at best.
Many of the walls look rusty, stained, dirty and poorly maintained, while the corridors have an unpleasant musty smell that makes the entire building feel old and neglected.
Breakfast was particularly bad. There were no fresh vegetables at all, let alone smoked salmon or the wider variety and quality one would reasonably expect from a five-star hotel. The staff did not offer or bring drinks, and the restaurant itself smelled like an old-fashioned canteen.
One morning, I tried to take a small amount of greens from the station where a chef was preparing eggs. Instead of politely explaining the rules, the chef shouted at me and said I was not allowed to take them. When I asked whether she could bring me some greens from the kitchen, she replied that they were only available for omelettes. This was unnecessarily rude and certainly not the level of hospitality expected from a five-star hotel.
The outdoor facilities were equally disappointing. The pool is very small, and there are only around 15 sun loungers for the entire hotel, so finding a place to relax is extremely difficult. The so-called spa looked unhygienic and so poorly maintained that I did not feel comfortable using it.
Housekeeping was another major problem. Our room often remained uncleaned for most of the day because the cleaning staff usually arrived at around 4–5 p.m. I have never experienced such late housekeeping, even in hotels that do not claim to offer five-star service.
Considering the price and the way this hotel markets itself, the overall experience was unacceptable. In reality, it is an average three- to four-star hotel at best, with dated facilities, poor cleanliness, limited amenities and service that falls far below five-star standards.
Great location. Very clean. Spacious bedroom, recommend the premium junior suite. Lots of general seating area’s for playing cards etc.
It’s a decent 4 star. It is not a 5 star.
Para nós , que vamos muito para hotéis, achamos o hotel deslumbrante.
O quarto onde ficamos era de sonho e com uma paisagem de querer morar ali.
Destaco também a decoração do hotel e limpeza.
E a simpatia dos colaboradores da recepção, eram de uma simpatia extrema , sempre com um sorriso e disponibilidade para tudo o que pretendíamos.
O pequeno almoço , não foi , não gostar. Tinha o que precisávamos para comer.
Mas não sei se era o modo que a comida estava exposta, tudo muito distante uma da outra.
Para um hotel 5 estrelas e tão deslumbrante, no pequeno desiludiu me.
O que valeu era estar a tomar o pequeno almoço, lá fora com uma vista espetacular.
Localização exelente e uma experiencia muito agradável. Tudo muito bom, desde atendimento ás condições do hotel!

A localização é extraordinária.
Definitivamente não reúne as condições para ser classificado como 5 estrelas. Pequeno-almoço e jantar muito básicos, mini-bar tem os preços mas o frigorífico está vazio.
