Everything was perfect: the hotel, dinner and breakfast, the pool, the beach, and the hotel team. And of course, the incomparable Ms. Vanda– a top-notch professional, sweet, charming, and caring. Her colleagues Fabio and Erika, whom we met during dinner at the restaurant, deserve special praise as well. I think it would be wonderful if the hotel management found a way to put our words into practice and reward these employees. We will definitely be back, and more than once. When we're choosing where to go, our granddaughter will definitely say, "Isn't it time we went to visit Vanda?”

Ich würde nicht wieder kommen..
Pros:

Die direkte Lage an der Strandpromenade ist nett

Cons:

Großer Renovierungsstau bei den Zimmern, Teppichboden in den Fluren, Safe hat nicht funktioniert, Sauberkeit im Hotel mangelhaft, weit entfernt von einem 5 Sterne Hotel.
Kaffekapseln wurden nicht aufgefüllt, Handtücher nicht aufgefüllt auch nicht nach Nachfrage, wir haben uns dann mit Poolhandtüchern ausgeholfen. Die Leute kommen in Badekleidung zum Frühstück.
Zimmermädchen hat zum Bett machen die Kopfkissen auf den Fußboden gelegt. Minibar wird nur auf Nachfrage aufgefüllt. Am Pool sind die Tische dreckig und die Fliesen.
Pool hat einen extrem hohen Chlorgehalt. Die Qualität des Essens ist höchstens 3 Sterne. Wer matschige Nudeln, und Junk Food mag ist hier genau richtig.
Es wird keinen Wert gelegt auf ein gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild bei den Mitarbeitern, kaputte Schuhe, ungepflegte Nägel und ungebügelte Kleidung.
Es gibt in anderen Orten an Portugals Küste sicher bessere Optionen.

laute Musik am Freitag Abend unter Zimmer aus der Bar auf Ebene 0. - wir hatten das Zimmer in Ebene 8. Auf Beschwerde bei Rezeption um Mitternacht, kam nur die Auskunft, dass die Bar nicht zum Hotel gehört aber eine Konzession hat und die Musikbeschallung bis 3 oder 4 Uhr Morgens dauern könne. Glücklicherweise hatten wir Ohrstöpsel im Gepäck,
Kaffeekapseln gibt es nur am Anreisetag, ein Wasserkocher war vorhanden aber keine Tassen.
Frühstück wie Kantine, Kaffee schlecht 🙅‍♂️

Strandlage
Pros:

Strandlage, mit den Lift hinunter und raus auf den Strand. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr vielfältig, ausreichend und ansprechend präsentiert. Im Ort findet man Restaurants und Cafes für jeden Geschmack und jede Brieftasche.

Cons:

Sehr eng bebaut, eine riesige Betonfront nimmt der Bucht den Flair und stört die dörfliche Charakteristik.
