L'hôtel est magnifique, très bien décoré et d'une grande propreté. Les chambres sont spacieuses, confortables et bien équipées. La piscine est superbe. Le personnel est très accueillant, serviable et toujours prêt à aider. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour dans cet établissement et le recommandons avec plaisir.

Cons:

En soirée, il y avait de la musique dans le restaurant situé sous l'hôtel, ce qui a été dérangeant jusque tard dans la nuit. C'est le seul point négatif que nous avons relevé lors de notre séjour.

O hotel tem uma excelente localização e por ficar numa encosta, tem uma vista magnífica sobre o mar.
Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e estão sempre com atenção aos clientes e às suas necessidades, especialmente os do serviço de Guest Relations onde destaco a Srª Vanda Simplício que foi duma simpatia e eficiência ao ajudar-me a festejar condignamente o aniversário da minha esposa e a realizar as marcações que nos permitiram ter uma experiência muito agradável nesta estadia. Também a Srª Leonor Teixeira, deu uma ajuda preciosa. Bem hajam as duas.

Apenas um pequeno pormenor que podia ter sido evitado.
No dia da nossa chegada, o ar condicionado do quarto não funcionava, apenas fazia ventilação. Contactei a recepção e aconselharam-me a regular o termóstato para o máximo. Não funcionou. Dormimos essa noite com 27º no quarto. No dia seguinte, voltei a apresentar reclamação e após algum tempo, um técnico foi ao quarto e em um minuto (ou menos) abriu uma válvula no corredor e resolveu o assunto. Isto podia ter sido evitado, se houvesse uma pequena vistoria aos quartos antes de os atribuírem aos clientes. A Senhora que arruma os quartos podia verificar se o AC está ou não em condições e reportar qualquer anomalia previamente. Fica a sugestão.
