To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won't be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).

El hotel está muy mal tenido, ambientación e instalaciones muy viejas. No es un 4 estrellas , como máximo le pondría siendo amable 3 por la ubicación, me fui del hotel

Nice staff, not a single person with a bad attitude and everyone was willing to help, I particularly liked the breakfast team, big smile in their face while working.
Given tha it was rainnig (more than usual in Santiago) the basement parking had multiple leakings and it was flooded

A localização é muito boa, perto do MUT e do Costanera, café da manhã ok, funcionários simpáticos, o quarto confortável, o que eu fiquei tinha até um mini fogão e utensílios de cozinha.
O chuveiro é bom, quentinho.
Já fiquei na outra unidade deles, o café da manhã é melhor.
O banheiro tem banheira e demorei para entender que a cortina de plástico tem que ficar pra dentro da banheira para não molhar o banheiro enquanto toma banho.
