Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

Please note that this property does not accept a third-party credit card, debit card or company payment card. The credit card used to make this booking and payment must be presented upon check-in with a valid photo identification of the same name. اغلب الغرف فيها مشكله في عزل صوت الشارع، صوت السيارات مزعج للغاية ، طلبت بطانية اضافية واعتذروا بأن عدد البطانيات ثابت ولايمكن تلبية الطلب، خيارات الافطار محدودة جدا، الانترنت سيء للغاية وطلبت اصلاح المشكلة لكن دون جدوى
فقدت احذية في الغرفة وتواصلت معهم وقالوا بأنهم ما وجدوهن

Disappointing
Pros:

They were very nice to my toddler.

Cons:

My room had ANTS!!! And the water sprayer in the washroom was broken from the minute we checked in. I informed the reception they sent someone and in about an hour it broke again. The food is all Chinese food with no consideration to other ethnic people. The service was also very slow as I had to call multiple times. I gave them 3 out of 10 because they were nice to my toddler, else I would’ve given them -10.

الفندق نظيف جدا ومهتم بأدق التفاصيل، حجزت استديو بريميم وكان ممتاز وواسع، المطبخ نظيف ويفي بالغرض والجميل ان فيه حنفية خاصه بمياه الشرب العذبة ولا تحتاج لقوارير المياه، الموظفين متعاونين جدددا

Séjour parfait dans votre hôtel en comparaison à d’autres hôtels/appartements où nous avons séjourné
Pros:

2ème séjour en famille avec notre enfant qui a maintenant 2 ans. Nous avons apprécié tout notre séjour dans votre hôtel, propre, personnel accueillant et aux petits soins. Hébergement bien aménagé et équipé pour une famille. Emplacement pratique et facile d’accès.

Cons:

Le seul point négatif était qu’il n’y avait plus de lit bébé de disponible pour nous alors que nous en avions fait la demande bien avant d’arriver.
