Pros:

Wilson is very good and nice person. He help us change the non smoking room to smoking room. All the staff working are very polite. Location wise very convenient. Near to KLCC Tower.

Cons:

The pillow is too soft.
One of the toilet does not have standing shower.
Master bedroom should put mirror for make up.

Confort, espace et emplacement au top!
Pros:

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à l'Ascott. La chambre est très spacieuse, ce qui est vraiment appréciable, surtout après un long vol. Tout était impeccablement propre et parfaitement équipé : on ne manquait de rien. Le confort est au rendez-vous et on s'y sent tout de suite comme chez soi. Et que dire de l'emplacement… tout simplement fabuleux ! Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Cons:

Petit bémol concernant la piscine : il manque un bar ou un coin restauration à cet étage. Pouvoir commander une boisson ou un en-cas sans quitter la piscine rendrait l'expérience encore plus agréable. Cela reste une suggestion, car l'ensemble du séjour était excellent !
