Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

Please note that this property does not accept a third-party credit card, debit card or company payment card. The credit card used to make this booking and payment must be presented upon check-in with a valid photo identification of the same name. Lest, a new full payment must be made upon check-in on an alternative card or cash.

I had an acceptable stay, but my experience after checkout has been extremely disappointing.

I have repeatedly requested an invoice required for my business travel reimbursement, yet I have received no response from the property. Even after involving Booking.com, the property has remained unresponsive.

Providing an invoice after a completed stay is a basic service, especially for business travelers. The lack of communication has caused significant delays and unnecessary complications in my reimbursement process.

If you are traveling for work and require proper documentation, be aware that obtaining an invoice may be difficult. Unfortunately, the complete lack of response after multiple requests has left me very dissatisfied with the overall experience.

Great location and spacious rooms, but the breakfast and service fell short of expectations.

The location was excellent, and the room was very spacious and practical for a family with children. We found it comfortable and enjoyed our stay overall.

Cons:

The air conditioning was too warm and could not be adjusted to a comfortable temperature. The check-in experience was also disappointing, as the staff member was not very welcoming. The biggest downside was the breakfast, which was poor enough that we chose to have breakfast outside the hotel every day despite having it included in our booking.

I was disappointed to find that the shampoo and hand soap had not been replenished. In fact, both appeared to have been diluted with water, which is highly unacceptable and not something I would expect from a hotel of this standard. It honestly reminded me of practices sometimes seen in budget eateries rather than a reputable hotel.
In addition, there was no floor mat provided in the bathroom and no replacement tissue box. These are basic amenities that guests should not have to request.
Attention to such details is important, especially when the room rates are comparable to other hotels in the same price range. The fundamentals should be consistently maintained at a high standard to ensure a comfortable guest experience.

الفطور سيئ جدا غير مناسب للعرب ، ويوجد نقص في عدد الموظفين اي شي تطلبه يجيك ثاني يوم. تعطل قفل باب الشقه و استغرق وتم اصلاحه بعد ساعتين و 5 اتصالات و ايضا الفندق لايوفر موية صحه علب فقط يوجد ماء فلتر .
