Great location and comfortable rooms, but getting pricey
Pros:

Very nice & spacious room. Full fridge, glasses, mugs, Keurig coffee maker and decent coffee. Excellent location near great restaurants and attractions, and friendly staff.

Cons:

Price-- it was $450/night which, while expensive (and a large spike from a few years ago), was OK in itself. But to tack on $40 for parking, per day (in an often nearly empty lot, it's worth noting) seemed excessive. Might stay there again in future, but not so sure if rates spike again.

The staff and accommodations at this hotel were amazing! Look forward to booking again here very soon!
Pros:

This historic property mixed old with new in an amazing location in downtown Newport, Rhode Island. The suites are roomy, comfortable and filled with character. We enjoyed sitting in the observation deck on our floor which overlooks the busy marina and harbor. It is right in the center of town, yet quiet and private.

Cons:

Would have liked complementary bottled water for the kitchen area, but otherwise everything was wonderful
