Wir haben das Hotel bewusst wegen seines Nachhaltigkeitsengagements und der Fotos eines großen Hofes gewählt. Leider durften wir unsere (hochwertigen) Fahrräder weder im Hof, im Hotel noch im Zimmer abstellen oder mitnehmen. Die Mitarbeiterin verwies uns auf die offene, unbewachte Fahrradgarage am Bahnhof und offene Stellplätze in der Stadt – trotz bekanntermaßen hoher Diebstahlgefahr in Lund (eines der am stärksten von Fahrradklau betroffenen Gebiete Schwedens). Für Radreisende ist das Hotel somit nicht empfehlenswert. Schade, denn sonst war das Zimmer in Ordnung.

We specifically chose this hotel because of its commitment to sustainability and the photos showing the large courtyard. Unfortunately, we were not allowed to leave our (high-quality) bicycles in the courtyard, the hotel, or our room. The staff member directed us to the open, unguarded bicycle garage at the train station or to public, open bicycle parking areas in the city – despite the well-known high risk of bicycle theft in Lund (one of the regions in Sweden most affected by bicycle theft). Therefore, we cannot recommend this hotel for cyclists. Otherwise, the room was fine.
