Günstig gelegenes Hotel mit Geschichte
Pros:

Kurzer Weg zum Bahnhof und der Innenstadt. Das Zimmer war sauber und okay, ebenso das Bad, die Mitarbeiter freundlich, das Haus hat Fair.

Evidently a hotel whose standards of care for its guests are slipping.
Pros:

Breakfast. And the room was spacious, with a wide view.

Cons:

NO RECEPTIONIST. We had to drag our cases throght a crowded bar to get our keys from the barman, who had also to attend to customers there - and only after 4 p.m. A receptionist is needed to greet guests, and be available to answer any questions; and as a matter of courtesy to bid guests farewell at the end of their stay. We stayed in 3 other hotels in Sweden, and they were all good in this respect. The lack of a receptionist in a hotel in this price-range is shocking. Also, there was no facility to store baggage for a few hours after checking out.

Pros:

Jättebra läge. Ett stort fint hotellrum. God frukost.

Cons:

Städningen av rummet var sådär. Vi bodde där i tre nätter och tycker att det fanns övrigt att önska.

Excellent, would love to stay here again
Pros:

Love love loved it. I had a mix-up with another hotel so I came here without a reservation and they were so accommodating! The room I had was very quiet and comfortable, cute view onto a cute street, very tall ceilings, and an adorable desk area looking out the window. And there was hot chocolate in the room! And excuse me, the towel rack was heated?? I have never heard of such a thing and now I want one. Even the bathroom windows were big and could open up, and there was a wide ledge by the sink which was very useful.

Cons:

Could have used a conditioner in the shower. Breakfast was ok, would have been nice to have a jam other than marmalade, and a thicker greek yogurt would have been nice.
