Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were truly impressed. Everything was spotless, the room was spacious, and all the facilities and amenities were excellent. From the moment we arrived until we checked out, the staff welcomed us warmly and made us feel at home.
We would like to sincerely thank the entire team for their kindness and hospitality. As a family traveling with children, we found this hotel to be an excellent choice. It is comfortable, family-friendly, and offers everything needed for a relaxing stay.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sofia, especially families with children. We would be happy to stay here again in the future.

Did the job but strange unsettling vibe
Pros:

Location near to the New Bulgarian University. The reception staff and the security staff and the lady at the pool bar were all friendly and helpful. The duplex apartment was very large. It was quiet.

Cons:

Room: the lock on the door - it looked like someone had bashed the door down as the lock was in disrepair - didn’t give you much comfort of feeling safe. The shower downstairs was only hand held and the spray went out in all directions so basically impossible to use. The shower upstairs had a shower door missing so water went everywhere - also the drain hole in the bathroom was broken and it was a trip hazard. You could feel the bed springs so much on the bed I had to put lots of layers of sheets to make it sleepable on. The vibe was a bit strange generally. The man behind the pool bar was so rude to us - when I queried the bill he gave us and then realised I had made a mistake and then I said sorry I had made a mistake and he put the amount through and I asked to see the amount before I tapped my contactless card he shouted in Bulgarian what clearly was something expletive and not very nice - and when my daughter said don’t you speak to us like that he didn’t say sorry but to be fair the lady at the bar did apologise to us and said she was very sorry. That is just NOT acceptable if you are a guest of the hotel to be spoken to like that irrespective whether I had originally queried the bill and made a mistake and asked to see how much I was paying on the machine - he knew we couldn’t speak Bulgarian and he thought it was acceptable to rant like that - IT IS NOT!! The whole vibe felt a bit sinister really and I would not have been happy staying there on my own.

Спокойствие
Pros:

Много беше тихо и спокойно. Стаите бяха чисти. Охраната беше много любезен, поръчахме си храна и той изпрати куриера до вратата ни. Стаите са големи и има доста пространство за семейства с деца.

Cons:

Някои неща имат нужда от обновяване, а липсата на комарници на прозорците си беше голям минус. Навеса за колите само че не е паднал. Пред всеки мезомет има външно пространство, което обаче е обрасло и няма и един стол даже. Мисля че срещу малко вдигане на цената за нощувка би станало още по-хубаво мястото. Другото кофти е че банята и единствената мивка е на втория етаж. Предвид, че зоната за хранене е на първия етаж, беше малко неудобно, защото стълбите скърцат доста, а при спящо бебе си е доста рисковано. Въпреки всичко пак бих предпочела да отида там.
