Todo muy limpio y cómodo
Es un excelente hotel me encanto, muy cómodas las habitaciones, el personal muy amable y atento, se localiza en un muy buen lugar, tiene un excelente restaurante y una excelente vista.
En mi caso que el baño tuviera jacuzzi y regadera juntos, prefiero regadera, por cuestiones personales de comodidad.

El primer día el desayuno fue muy bueno, ya que tuvimos la opción de solicitar huevos al gusto, pero al siguiente día nos limitaron solo a lo que había en el buffet, que en realidad era muy limitado para nuestro gusto.
Mantener un chef para preparar desayuno con opciones diferentes a las obligadas por el buffet

La ubicación es excelente, muy conveniente para conocer el Centro Histórico y moverse por la ciudad.
El servicio fue muy deficiente. Al llegar, nuestra habitación no tenía cortinas y tardaron aproximadamente una hora en resolverlo. Al día siguiente solicitamos 4 toallas y al regresar por la noche no había ninguna; tuvimos que llamar nuevamente y esperar para recibirlas. El último día solicitamos un rollo de papel sanitario y tardaron aproximadamente 2 horas en llevarlo. Para el precio y la categoría del hotel, esperaba un servicio mucho mejor.

Se junta demasiada gente en recepción, creo que debería agilizar un poco el check in. El primer piso no funciona el dispensador de agua fría, sólo tienen al tiempo.
I liked the location and the friendly staff. The rooftop ambiance was nice but a bit cold since it was too windy.
