Excelente desayuno, variado, exquisito. Excelente atención y amabilidad del personal. Agua disponible para rellenar botellas. Hermosa terraza, excelente vista y ambiente en la noche!
La ubicación.
El trato del personal desde el check in. Me dieron una habitación que estaba sucia y vieja, al hacer el reclamo me movieron para una habitación más pequeña que la reservada inicialmente pero al menos estaba limpia. Los aires acondicionados nos son centrales y están antiguos…
The rooms were clean and comfortable, the location is great most rooms have amazing views of the square and the wide streets. The cafe downstairs and the restaurant upstairs are both really good.
The evening shift front desk staff and the evening security staff including the night time security manager are incredibly rude.
Spent 3 nights on an international business trip. I travel with my family....
My family and I were profiled because we choose to dress a certain way (hippies) and were treated poorly. After I presented my identifications and federal paperwork the tone of course changed back to proper and respectful. And all apologies were offered.
But the entire situation left a sour taste in my mouth. Don't treat a book by its cover, you never know who it is walking into your hotel.

Muy buena ubicación, alfrente está la parada del metro y un Oxxo y es muy cambiable para llegar ya sea a bellas artes o a tabacalera, las habitaciones cómodas y con lo necesario, era limpio y hacían limpieza a diario
La comida del restaurante no estuvo rico:( y nuestro piso olía demasiado a pintura y estaban remodelando el cuarto de al lado
Main lobby is beautiful and location is really good. Huge plus is that it’s super close to the metro, which is great for getting around.
I wish you could sit at the roof top without having to worry about needing to order food & drink. Also, the AC unit in my room was flashing an error code that indicated the coolant was nearly gone or empty. We ran the fan mode and opened the window for air circulation, but it would have been nice to have gotten cool air, especially during the ongoing heat wave.
Buena ubicación, limpio y muy buen atención del personal
Estan un poco viejo los muebles, chapas que no cierran bien (en el baño) cajoneras con falta de mantenimiento
El servicio de valet parking no está muy bien organizado ni marcado.
Me encanta el hotel por que tiene buena ubicación son atentos, el buffet, su comida excelente los meseros excelente, segunda vez que me hospedó ahí, todo muy bien gracias
