We had an absolutely wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time in Sorrento!
Pros:

The staff was very professional. Breakfast was outstanding, with so many choices. The location was perfect, convenient to the Piazzo Tasso, local restaurants and shops and very scenic with Mount Vesuvius and the Bay of Naples visible. The maid service was polite and excellent. A first-class hotel!

Cons:

The only concern is that we believe staff should reach out to your guests as to the requested time of transport to the Napoli Airport. Our transport was arranged for 8:00 a.m. for a 12:00 noon flight. Our drive was approximately 20 minutes late; there was an accident along the way and very heavy traffic. As most international travelers, we like to arrive at the airport at least 3 hours before the time of departure, taking into consideration the above possible factors. We almost missed our flight, but fortunately, were able to check in with just minutes to spare.

Hotel de categoría ideal para gente mayor por su acceso a la playa
Pros:

Excelente ubicación e y el personal increíblemente atento y amable! El ascensor que desciende a la playa hace más fácil la movilidad para la gente mayor.

Cons:

Es uno de los hoteles más costosos, quizás recomendaría mejorar el precio de las habitaciones familiares sin vistas para estadías de varios días
