Pros:

You pay for what you get. The level of service, care and professionalism from all the of the staff was amazing. The room was cleaned daily and fresh towels once or twice a day. The view from our room was absolutely stunning!! The breakfast buffet had a wide range of options and the terrazzo dinner was some of the best food ive eaten!

Cons:

We got some laundry done and I felt it was very expensive but it was all washed and folded beautifully

We had a very good stay at Hotel Continental. The location is excellent, right in the center of Sorrento, and the hotel was comfortable, well maintained and had very good service throughout our stay.
The highlight for us was definitely the hotel’s private elevator down to the lower level by the sea and port. This was incredibly convenient. We could easily go down to the beach clubs, bars and marina, and even use it with our luggage when heading to the port. In Sorrento, where there is a big difference in elevation between the town and the waterfront, this is a huge advantage and something I did not fully appreciate until we stayed there.
Our room was very comfortable, the bed was excellent, and overall the staff and service were very good.
I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for anyone who wants to be centrally located while still having very easy access to the sea and the port.

Lovely old Italian feel hotel in great location
Pros:

We stayed here for 5 nights and had a lovely time , the hotel is a great location and within a few minutes walk to the main square and all the shops and restaurants
The hotel itself is a real mix of old and new which works very well and has a an old Italian feel to it ,
Very nice pool and always found sunbeds without any issue
Rooms very spacious, clean and comfortable.
Staff very friendly and attentive.
The breakfast was very good with lots of hot and cold choice , the staff all dressed immaculately!!
They have a rooftop restaurant and bar which offer beautiful views of the sunset and bay of Naples
Would definitely recommend this hotel

Pros:

Fabulously appointed hotel, location close to coast and main tourist shopping and restaurants. Buffet breakfast best I've had. Service by all staff excellent. Couldn't fault it.

An amazing hotel located in the most perfect place ever and the friendliest staff. Nothing was too much trouble for them
Pros:

Amazing location, with a scenic view of the sea to catch the sunset right on the hotels doorstep, but also very nearby all the shops and port. The hotel also has a lift you can take down to the beach clubs and a short walk from the port

Cons:

Shower a little outdated. It’s a small fixed head in the wall, could do with there being a handheld shower head too.
