Perfect
Pros:

Where to start. Amazing service, including the little things like a weather forecast note for the following day, each evening, with a little chocolate. The staff were kind, remembered who you are and always, always smile and greet you. The room was amazing with a sea view, the bed comfortable and two comfortable pillows. Breakfast had a wide variety and it was a pleasure every morning to listen to the gentleman on piano while you ate. I could go on and on. It was very special for two ling distance hikers where this was our holiday post 62 days from Vienna to Rome. Thank you team Hotel Continental. Oh, and the pool was perfect.

Hotel excelente! Os quartos e banheiro tem um perfil mais antigo mas muito bons! Os funcionários são extremamente amáveis, o cafe da manha é nota mil! O hotel tem um elevador que desce direto pra praia, que é deliciosa! O restaurante na terraza é incrível!!! Estamos encantadas e eu voltaria mil vezes!!! Recomendo demais!!! Amamos!!!

Absolutely wonderful!
Pros:

The location was amazing. Staff was outstanding!! So very friendly and helpful! The breakfast was excellent and the rooftop bar and the pool were exactly what we needed

Nice hotel but overpriced
Pros:

We stayed here for our honeymoon and had a pleasant stay overall.
The hotel is in an ideal location especially if it is your first time visiting Sorrento. Close to the beach and the main areas for shopping, food and drink. The pool is nice at the hotel with plenty of sun beds. The views from the rooftop are gorgeous.

Cons:

The hotel is super expensive for drinks, it was like €18 for a cocktail which is too much for a small drink.
During the day we usually like to have a few drinks by the pool but you couldn’t have much here with the price of everything.
The room itself was not very comfortable, the bed squeaked anytime I turned over or even moved slightly.
Breakfast was also quantity over quality and I did not enjoy it. Overall I think this is a good hotel but for the price they are charging for rooms per night I would expect a much higher standard

Pleasant but wouldn’t choose to stay again.

Many complimentary products to help make the stay more comfortable.

Cons:

Looks tired in places..The Byron suite bathroom needs updating. Wasn’t aware
On booking Byron suite it was an interconnecting room, disappointing due to price it costs & noise volume from guests staying next door.

Pros:

Our stay at Hotel Continental was wonderful from start to finish. The staff was incredibly attentive and always made sure we had everything we needed, even checking in regularly to see if we needed fresh towels. They added thoughtful touches like chocolates, and our room was cleaned impeccably every day. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options each morning. The location is perfect, you can easily walk to all the shops, restaurants, and attractions in just a few minutes. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sorrento

Cons:

The hotel is a bit expensive for what it offers, and some of the amenities could use updating. While those were minor drawbacks, the exceptional service, spotless rooms, delicious breakfast, and unbeatable location made our stay worthwhile.

We enjoed our stay at this nice hotel in a great location.
Pros:

The room was very nice, well kept and comfortable. We had a nice view from our balcony. We wnjoyes the swimming in the pool. The free breakfast was good and they had some American style choices. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

The property felt like we were stepping back in time to the 1960’s. Everything was very clean and well-maintained though it looked dated.

Pros:

This hotel is classic luxury. The room was beautiful, clean and provided every amenity. We loved the pool. Breakfast was wonderful and plentiful and the live piano playing was such a nice touch. The views from our terrace were incredible. We also had a very relaxing massage with reasonable prices.

Cons:

Wish the pool and pool bar were open later. Closes much too early for summer heat.
