Bardzo wygodne łóżko,przestronny pokój , śniadanie z dużym wyborem.
Fijne locatie, zeer nette kamers. Lekker ontbijt. In ontbijtzaal was het personeel vriendelijk, ontvangst niet echt hartelijk. Vrij onpersoonlijk en koud hotel.
Reservatie via telefoon lukte hun niet, toen ik via Boeking dezelfde reservatie deed was het voorstel om 15 u check out niet geldig. Aan het onthaal waren ze zelfs geïrriteerd omdat ik daar achter informeerde terwijl men aan de telefoon zelf dat voorstel gaf. Binnenzwembad was echt koud. Niet zo’n aangenaam verblijf. Zou ik alvast niet aanraden om te boeken.
Club room on the 6th floor was made available to us as a free upgrade. We made good use and enjoyed the perk. The Pool on the 8th floor was great. The breakfast was also excellent.
Bardzo wygodne łóżko, czysty pokój i łazienka, szeroki wybór śniadań. Dobrze wyposażona siłownia z basen tuż obok.
Suszarka nie jest kompatybilna z zamontowanym gniazdkiem w łazience (pokój 534), do tego bardzo kiepsko suszy.
W godzinach 22-23 nie było gorącej wody na kąpiel w wannie (letnia woda).
Podczas śniadania w weekend 23.08 Pani kucharka blondynka w białym stroju (być może szefowa kuchni) była bardzo niemiła. Zwracała się nietaktownie w kierunku gości przy gofrownicy, obgadywała klientów, górnolotne zachowanie czy też po prostu mówienie głośno słów, których wolałbyś nie słyszeć w trakcie wyjazdu (tzn. jaka to ona nie jest zmęczona itd.). Pani najwyraźniej myśli, że jest najważniejsza i pozwala sobie na każde możliwe zachowanie z myślą, że goście i personel tego nie widzą.

Dokonywałem rezerwacji z dnia na dzień. Kierowałem się przy wyborze basenem w obiekcie. Korespondowałem mailowo jeszcze pod wieczór z personelem w sprawie parkingu. Nikt nie uprzedził, że basen jest zamknięty. Na miejscu z tego tytuły nie przedstawiono żadnej rekompensaty, ani nie pomniejszono ceny za pobyt, Dodam, że to był gorący okres 30 stopni i parne noce. Druga sprawa parking za który hotel pobiera dodatkowo 150 zł lub 100 zł. Zdecydowałem się na tańszy wariant. Musiałem parkować pod kątem na drodze dojazdowe do urzędu i na tył hotelu. Przy dużych gabarytach auta sensowniej było poszukać alternatywy w okolicy. Szkoda tych pieniędzy za parkowanie między 21 a 9. Nawet nikt pojazdu nie dozorował, Właściwie płaci się za kawałek drogi, bo trudni mówić o miejscu parkingowym. Śniadania jak na 5 gwiazdkowy hotel to najwyżej 4. Chyba tylko z uwagi na oferowaną usługę przygotowania śniadania przez kucharza. Mój omlet i jajecznica towarzyszącej osoby, to właściwie niczym nie różniąca się konsystencja - jedna złożona do środka, a druga rozłożona. Wybór menu bardzo przeciętne. Jednym słowem - rozczarowanie. Osobiście więcej nie skorzystam.

Ontbijt was niet uitgebreid en warme gerechten waren koud.
Personeel bij de balie was bijzonder onduidelijk en hebben mij veel geld gekost.
Było wygodnie, wszyscy uprzejmi i pomocni
Nous avons passé un très beau séjour dans cet établissement. Celui-ci est bien situé pour visiter la ville. Il offre toutes les prestations d’un hôtel de cette gamme. Personnel sympathique et serviable. Deux restaurants de qualité dans l’hôtel. parking extérieur et parking souterrain.
Le lit enfants pour la troisième personne, n’est pas de très bonne qualité. C’est le seul point négatif.
Zeer netjes, vriendelijk personeel. Honden toegestaan
Bij aankomst werd door een dame achter receptie verteld dat honden niet toegestaan zijn in geen van beide restaurants en ook niet tijdens het ontbijt. Ik vind het niet consequent. Als je een overnachting toestaat dan mijns inziens moet men de viervoeters ook in restaurant toelaten. Je betaald bijna €50 extra voor je hond en dan mag hij ook ontbijten in de zaal. Achteraf bleek het toch mogelijk. We kregen toegewezen tafel in de hoek van de ontbijt zaal zoals het hoort.
