Jak zwykle Sheraton Poznań zachwycił wspaniałą obslugą, ktora w ciepły, nienarzucający się sposób czyni to miejsce doskonalym do wypoczynku. Szczególnie chcę podziękować Pani Darii z recepcji i Panu Bartoszowi z restauracji, zapamiętam ten pobyt dzięki Wam. I to nie przypadek, że oboje skromnie dziękują „w imieniu calego zespolu”. Przy płatności gotówką, należy zostawić KAUCJĘ w recepcji, która oddawana jest dopiero po weryfikacji zniszczeń na koniec wyjazdu - ogromny minus wydłużający czas zameldowania i wymeldowania - ogromny MINUS

I am a frequent traveler and a Marriott Titanium Elite member, so I base my hotel reviews on both the brand's standards and my personal experiences.
I recently stayed at the Sheraton Poznań and had an excellent experience from start to finish. Before arriving, I had requested an early check-in, and my room was ready when I arrived. The front desk associate was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Knowing it was my first visit to Poznań, she provided maps of the city along with helpful recommendations on what to see and do, which was a great way to begin the trip.
I was warmly recognized as a Titanium Elite member, and my Nightly Upgrade Award was honored with an upgrade to a One Bedroom Junior King Suite. The suite was spacious, quiet, and very comfortable. It provided plenty of room to relax after a day of sightseeing, and the room was maintained exceptionally well throughout my stay.
The hotel has a small Sheraton Club Lounge with a handful of tables and seating. While it isn't one of the larger club lounges I've visited, it offered evening hors d'oeuvres and beverages, making it a pleasant place to unwind.
Breakfast was served in the main restaurant and was included as my Titanium Elite benefit. The buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of hot and cold selections with a distinctly modern European feel. There were plenty of healthy options along with fresh fruit, pastries, cheeses, cold cuts, eggs, and several local specialties. I looked forward to breakfast each morning.
One of the hotel's greatest strengths is its location. There is a tram stop directly across the street, and another major tram stop just one block away, making it incredibly easy to explore Poznań using public transportation. The hotel is also within walking distance of Poznań Główny railway station. The sidewalks between the station and the hotel are wide, flat, and easy to navigate with rolling luggage, making it a convenient choice for travelers arriving by train.
What stood out most throughout my stay was the consistently excellent service. Every member of the staff I encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely interested in making sure guests had a great experience.
Overall, this was an outstanding stay. Between the excellent service, strong elite recognition, comfortable suite, very good breakfast, and convenient location, I would not hesitate to stay at the Sheraton Poznań again on a future visit to the city.
Dobra jest lokalizacja
Z przykrością stwierdzam że bardzo bardzo rozczarowało mnie śniadanie w formie prowiantu o który poprosiłam ze względu na wczesną porę opuszczenia hotelu
Wartość śniadania 75 zł nie była absolutnie adekwatna do jakości
Odniosłam wrażenie ,że ktoś z personelu „wyskoczył do Żabki i zakupił gotowe sztuczne kanapki
Okropność bardzo przykre zakończenie pobytu
