Pros:

The bed shower and the cleanliness

Cons:

The pool.was cold. Had to use the hot tub to get warm been sick ever scents. I dont think ill return.

Pros:

The staff at the Check In office were nice and friendly.

Cons:

The floors needed swept, especially around the beds were dirty. We wore our socks or flip flops to keep our feet from touching the floors. With the floors being so dirty made us curious if the beds were even cleaned. The bathroom didn't have enough shampoo or conditioner in those small little packs. The elevator was very smelly and we didn't use the pool area because we didn't want to take a chance of it not being properly cleaned.

The staff made us feel valued and important. Their care was apparent in even small courtesies.
Pros:

It is conveniently located with both an inside and outside pool. The staff were incredibly attentive and personable, and issues were promptly and thoroughly addressed. The second shift clerk, Gail, immediately put us at easy and made our stay feel like coming home.

Cons:

The layout was somewhat confusing at first.

Rooms were clean and the location was good. It was close to several stores. The inside pool was nice.

Wonderful location would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Location was great and the staff was very friendly.

Cons:

Nothing about the property. Our party was disappointed that the fire pit was taken up most of the day and every night by a group of men drinking and playing music. Unfortunately we were unable to enjoy it because of this.
