Would have like potatoe bread or soda bread as I dont eat meat. Other than that it was fine. Had to wait for cups and glasses but it was busy. Staff were very pleasant
Easy access. 6th floor hall was run down and the decorative pillows in the room were beyond the expiry date. Beds were comfortable. The staff were very helpful and personable.
Remote was sticky so not cleaned well and the carpet at the room entrance was quite dirty.

Arrived @ 7pm no space in carpark. Unaware overflow across the road. ? a sign
Spacious room with all usual accessories.
Front facing room was noisy due to road. However, traffic light at night.
Airy reception and dining area for both dinner and the separate breakfast area.
The staff were all friendly and provided an excellent service.
The bedroom was roomy.
Bathroom was small compared to the room. Hardly any tea bags. Out particular room got all the noise from staff moving bins early in the morning, which woke us up.

The evening meal in the hotel (paid separately), however it was hard to get staffs attention even thought it wasn't overly busy.
The room, we were firstly given the wrong room and then moved. The second room was full of dust, spider webs etc the carpet was a different colour around the room where layers of dust were left. The morning breakfast selection was also not great and we felt rushed by staff watching and clearing and cleaning our table when we went for toast.
