We would go back.
Pros:

Friendly and accommodating staff. Small but clean and comfortable room. Good location. Convenient parking. Quiet. Very good value

Pros:

Cozy and very pictoresque guesthouse at a good location. Had a small one person room with shower and toilet, the room was clean and pretty and had everything you could hope for, including microwave, tea kettle, coffee maker + coffee and tea. Very affordable especially considering the location and Toronto's general price level. Staff at reception was friendly. Very pretty front garden. House felt safe even when there was no personnel around. I will definitely try to book this again when I am in Toronto next time.

Cons:

Not an issue for me, but it's good to bear in mind that the building is old and that has some drawbacks. There are no elevators, you have to climb a couple of steps even to get to the ground floor (more for upper floors) and the air conditioning can be a bit noisy when it's hot outside. Staff is not constantly on-site, so those who prefer 24-hour reception might be disappointed (again, not an issue for me).

Value for money B&B (with no breakfast) in downtown Toronto!
Pros:

The location was good - central to all our needs, with plenty of shops and bars within easy walking distance. The price you pay is excellent value for money!

Cons:

We had room 17 on the 1st floor. The room and bed were small as well as the extractor fan in the shower room was noisy!

Great boutique style hotel on quiet tree luned street.
Pros:

Location, room was nice with fridge and microwave and a very comfortable bed. Enjoyed being in the ‘Village’ area with lots of restaurants and bars to enjoy amongst friendly people.

Cons:

The mattress was awful. Seems only to have been slept on 1 side. Half the bed was so soft.
No air con.
Room 16 really isn't suitable for a couple. Extremely small. Only room for 1 bedside cabinet and 1 person to move.
