The surroundings of the hotel were amazing. The breakfast was super delicious and available until late.
The ventilation of the room was not the best, it was not easy to adjust.
Die Architektur, die Lage an einer Ostseebucht, das Frühstücksbüffet, das extrem freundliche Personal an der Rezeption und im Restaurant.
Der Zimmerservice arbeitete äußerst minimalistisch. So wurde im Verlauf der zehn Tage nicht ein einziges Mal das Waschbecken geputzt, auch das Klo wurde nicht gereinigt. Das Zimmer wurde erst kurz vor unserer Abreise und nur auf Aufforderung einmal durchgefegt.
Itse hotellirakennus ympäristöineen on jo upea kokemus. Henkilökunta oli superystävällistä ja tuntui, että olimme enemmän kuin tervetulleita!

We wanted to stay outside city centre in the direction of the port. Beautiful woodland setting, lovely sea views. Breakfast was tasty and plenty of it.
Our room was quite basic but then we had only booked a standard room, it was clean and tidy though.
It was great hotel had bikes you could use free of charge, we had fun reminding ourselves how to ride fixed wheel bikes! Lots of safe cycling nearby.
Hotel has a free sauna with separate men’s and ladies sessions.
We were only using public transport but when advertised bus didn’t appear, we could walk to next stop easily.

Tegenstrijdigheden tussen werkelijkheid en informatie op site van Booking.com. Op de site staat dat t hotel voorzien is van 24 uurs bezetting van de receptie. Het hotel bestaat uit meerdere gebouwen op 1 terrein. Slechts 1 gebouw had een receptie de rest niet. Dit heb ik als misleiding ervaren.

Mijn slaapkamer was in een gebouw zonder receptie.

Bij binnenkomst rook (stonk) t naar sigaret.
4.
Bij binnenkomst in t gebouw van de toegewezen slaapkamer stonden deuren van kamers open en kon je binnen t rommel zien.
5. Kamer was stoffig, de geur was onaangenaam en t geheel gaf een onveilig gevoel.
6.
Ik boek al haren hotels bij booking.com. Vaker heb ik klachten doorgegeven maar heb niet het gevoel dat booking.com mijn klachten serieus neemt en ook werk van maakt voor veebetering.
7.
Ook bij dit hotel heb ik op zoek moeten gaan naar een ander hotel. Dit kost mij veel kostbate tijd.
8.
Daarom verzoek ik booking.com voor een terugkoppeling op deze klacht. Anders zal ik de gang van zaken vermelden in een review van booking.com.
