Personnel super gentil, souriant. Rapidité.

En général très bien quand même 👍☺️

Cons:

Petit bémol, le restaurant déjeuner moyen, plats froid, saucisses pas assez cuites et omelettes trop salées.
Quelques fourmis dans la chambre #538 et la fan de la salle de bain non fonctionnelle. Construction sur le blv Laurier, un peu dérangeant.

Great hotel, clean and cool
Pros:

Very nice hotel, super clean, great bed and lots of space and chairs in the room. Excellent included breakfast, a nice surprise. Free parking (good in Québec). Helpful staff. Lots of construction around the hotel but not a problem.

Cons:

The older ventilation system (individual for the room) is a bit noisy but did not bother us. Otherwise, nothing to mention

Les prises étaient lousses et le bloc de recharge tenait pas en place (pareil des 2 côtés du lits)

Bel établissement, bel accueil, on y dort bien avec lit très confortable!
Cons:

Il manquait de savon liquide dans la bouteille. On a pu se laver, mais c'était de justesse. On ne pouvait le savoir avant de l'utiliser car bouteille opaque...mais bon, nous l'avons mentionné à l'accueil le lendemain matin.

Cons:

Our room had a lingering smell of marijuana upon entry, and later on in the bathroom smelled of cigarette smoke. Neither of these were very intrusive, but distracted from the stay.

Very convenient stay in Quebec City
Pros:

Very nice professional hotel with well equipped facilities, and a nice staff. Included breakfast.

Cons:

It’s on a busy street with lots of construction at anywhere near the major tour sites. But we knew that coming in and it was such a good value compared to the old town and it was perfect for a one night stay. Also, there’s no bar or restaurant, but you can walk to several choices.

Pleasant Stay, but Watch for Elevator Access
Pros:

Recently had a 3‑night stay. Rooms were comfortable, clean, and quiet, though a little cramped for a family of four. I really wish there was more counter space in the bathroom, but we managed. The website does mention elevators, but be aware that some floors have stair‑only access. The hotel staff did offer to help with luggage, but if you have mobility issues, make sure you request a floor with elevator access.

Housekeeping did not service our room on the second day. Some hotels only clean every other day, but this wasn’t communicated to us. When the room was serviced, the toilet paper wasn’t restocked, so we had to stop by the front desk—only a minor inconvenience, but worth noting.

Breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast with a good variety, was fully stocked, and the dining room had plenty of seating. The location seemed good, with several nearby restaurants, a mall, and a grocery store.
