Overall very disappointing standard for a 4-star hotel.

The sink in the bathroom was totally blocked for the first 2 nights of our stay and we had to complain 3 times before the problem was addressed. The standard of housekeeping was appalling, our room wasn't made up until we complained to the manager, who offered a 10% discount on the first 2 nights of our stay. There was a bad smell in the corridor and no lift to reach our rooms which was a challenge with our luggage. The breakfast buffet was very basic and low budget.

Für unseren Aufenthalt mussten wir eine Kaution bezahlen, die nur mit einer Kreditkarte bezahlt werden konnte. Die von mir für den Aufenthalt hinterlegte Debitkarte wurde nicht akzeptiert. Nach einer Rückfrage von der Dame an der Rezeption an den nicht anwesenden Hotelmanager wurden dann die ursprüngliche Kaution von 50 CAD auf 250 CAD angehoben mit gleichzeitiger Akzeptanz meiner Debitkarte. Für mich ist das ganze eine nicht nachvollziehbare Frechheit und wirkt sich auf meine Bewertung aus.
