Pros:

Property is clean. Staff is welcoming. Breakfast included was decent. Hotel room was clean.

Cons:

Very noisy. I stayed for one night for a work meeting. Alot of noise. Woke up many times. Lots of noise… People screaming at all hours of the night in the hallways. Air conditioning makes lots of noise.

The hotel is really nice, clean, and close to all the restaurants, shops, and has a lot of facilities.

Bonjour,
Je suis allée plusieurs fois à votre hôtel et avant il était beaucoup mieux. Première déception : nous avions une chambre au bout du couloir juste à côté de la cage d'escalier et s'était infernal, nous avions pas dormi pendant le week-end. Honnêtement payé plus de 600$ pour 2 nuits et ne pas être en mesure de bien dormir est franchement décevant. Nous sommes des clients habitués à votre hôtel mais nous y retourneront plus.

Correct pour une nuit
Pros:

Le décor apaisant dès notre entrée
Bon service à l’accueil

Cons:

Les désagréments n’étaient pas reliés à l’hôtel.
Enfants qui couraient dans le corridor jusqu’à tard le soir et sautaient les marches d’escalier qui se trouvaient à côté de notre chambre. La porte est aucunement insonorisée donc on entend tout bruit ou conversation du corridor.
Et les travaux autour de l’hôtel…

Pros:

Le confort des lits et oreiller est super. Chambre très propre.

Cons:

Le déjeuner est très bon dans l'ensemble surtout les fèves au lard pohr ma part mais les patates hachés était dur comme de la roche, les oeuf n'était vraiment pas asser cuit. Le reste était délicieux.

L'évier de notre chambre semble boucher et le distributeur de revitalisant était vide.
