Great Location, Great staff, Good breakfast
Rooms needed some TLC, On arrival problems with room allocation although we had booked the room months ago for a 3 night stay. The room we were allocated backed onto an alleyway which had people singing and shouting until two or three in the morning also somebody delivering early in the morning using the alley. We were woken about 5 or 6 times every night so walking around like zombies all day which spoilt our visit. ( we noticed all of the hotel front windows of the hotel had an iternal and external window frame) our room only had one frame so 2 may have helped the noise. Great location and Great people but the management need to get the room experience right

Konum ve odanın manzarası mükemmel. Bana verilen oda çok büyükdü. Otelin kahvaltısıda çok başarılı.
Tarihi bir binada yer alıyor ama odalarada hiç tadilat yapılmamış. Halıdan ve eski mobilyadan dolayı biraz koku vardı. Banyo ve wc yenilenmeli.

مقابل الساعه والمكان بالسنتر والمطاعم كثيرة ومتنوعة والمحلات والتسوق ولاتحتاج الى سيارة مدة الاقامه. بهذا المكان وليس الفندق لان الفندق نجمة واحدة فقط او نصف نجمة
الحانات وشرب الخمر كثير جداً والمكان صاخب يشكل مزعج
لايوجد غلاية ماء او اي شي بالغرفة سواء سرير واثاث قديم جداً يوم تكلمنا مع الموظف افاد هذا طبيعة المكان والمبني قديم جداً لايتحمل الكهرب والادوات الحديثة المبلغ عالى جداً مقابل الخدمات تكاد معدومة بالفندق
معلومة الغرف صغيرة جداً لاتكفي الى شنطتين متوسطة الحجم لانعرف اين نضع الحقائب لايصلح للاطفال
Beautiful hotel on the town square.
The room was more like a suite. Lovely windows opened out to view of the astronomical clock. Large comfortable bed. Loved the wooden floor . Room was very clean. Breakfast in the Mozart Cafe was an amazing setting and food perfect
Our room was on the third floor, there is no lift as it’s an old building. Approx 80 stairs to our room which was not too much of a problem for us but for others to bear in mind . Case was carried up by a very fit porter !
Personel bardzo miły i pomocny. Przed zameldowaniem i również po wymeldowaniu możliwość zostawienia bagażu.
