Such a cool room opposite the clock. Great breakfast. A very memorable stay
Lovely hotel location is exceptional right in the centre within 10 minute walk from all major attractions
Perfect location opposite the clock
Very clean spacious rooms. Very good breakfast
Staff were excellent
Great location lovely room Breakfast was excellent.
Great value for money
Location !!!
the location was excellent, rooms were fine, breakfast had a good choice
we were not located in the hotel, but a separate block further down the street, within this block we were at the back of the building which felt very isolated, you had to come out of the building, walk along the street and go back into the Hotel for breakfast, this wasn't made clear at booking
Close to everything you need
Excellent hotel right on the old town square.
The facilities were excellent, breakfast each morning was delicious and varied a little each day and the staff very helpful. Our room looked right out to the Astronomical Clock.
Nothing. Some might find the stairs to rooms in the older side a bit of a challenge with no lift.
Perfect location and the service
Location location location
Lots of stairs
Proximity to old square was perfect. Right by the astronomical clock!!
Was a bit difficult to step out of the tub. But not bad
Right on the old town square, huge room with very comfortable bed
We did struggle to find the reception, which is hidden behind tables on the street. There was secondary glazing on the window but there was a little street noise. We did want the grand, old world feel so we were very happy with everything, we stayed in the historical part
We booked this location for a few days before joining a tour group. The location right on the Old Town Square was lovely.
Our room was very very spacious, with a desk, a sofa, large comfortable beds, lots of room and an amazing view straight out to the astronomical clock
The cafe and the included breakfast were great! Much better, to our liking, than a plain Continental breakfast, and the coffee was good too.
For some reason our room has two bathrooms each with a shower? That's not exactly a problem, just a curiosity :)
There is a nicely sized lift to get up to your room, although there are a few steps. The staff carried our luggage up for us.
It's a short walk to the tram lines, and lots of things such as Charles bridge, powder tower, museum of illusions, museum, and more
The room was air conditioned, which was wonderful in the heat wave. Given the record temperatures, the room wasn't freezing but oh so much better than the heatwave outside!
The tour we joined later moved to a big chain hotel and it was modern etc, but had no character. We liked this hotel MUCH better
People talk about the possible noise from the square. On our first night we were tied from long travels, but it turned out that there was also a soccer world cup match on, and yes, the noise from the square did disturb me a bit through the first night, but after that it was fine
Lovely stay in a fairy tale world they upgraded us to the clock tower historical room complimentary and loved the hotel room and location is heart of the city the heart of Europe u can say
Too much stairs bcz its 700 years old building..stairs for young couple like us no normal and they are also historical and give palace type vibe
