The rooms were clean and spacious enough and we loved the location
Pros:

The staff was helpful and friendly! Good location and the breakfast buffet was a good value and delicious

Cons:

We first tried to check in after arriving half hour early the young man insisted we leave our bags and check in later. My son came in 10 minutes later and was able to check in so we went to the person helping him and she checked us in immediately. After that no problems.

A standard hotel, but wouldn’t stay at this property again.
Pros:

the style and decor of the property inside was lovely. The breakfast options were nice. & the cleaning team were great & especially Yasmine who looked after us. The reception team were lovely & helpful.

Cons:

The property didn’t have much services, or seating options to relax in the lounge & the property is far away from the main attractions. The restaurant food options are limited and should have more variety.

Close to the station (but in a high traffic area). Breakfast was good

Nel complesso è stato un soggiorno piacevole

Posizione vicino alla stazione porta Garibaldi e alla fermata del tram. Colazione abbondante e buona

Cons:

Abbiamo avuto un problema con un lavandino che non scaricava bene e nonostante che abbiamo fatto presente il problema non sono stati in grado di risolvere la problematica
