Un peu cher mais idéal pour prendre un train tôt le lendemain matin. Confortable et accueil « grand hôtel »

Sa localisation à proximité gare porta Garibaldi et son confort grand hôtel

Cons:

La salle de bain et notamment la cabine de douche pas à la hauteur de ce type d’établissement

Pros:

Es un hotel completo, las habitaciones estan muy bien, las camas muy cómodas, el baño correcto. El personal de recepción y del bar muy amables. Cené varios dias en el hotel y la comida es de calidad. La ubicación del hotel está a 10 minutos andando del Duomo. Está al lado del metro por si se necesita usar el transporte. Tranquilo y sin ruido.

We have made the reservation for a superior room. When we arrived back to the hotel the first evening it was raining in the bathroom. we requested another room and we got a much inferior room near a deposit on the first floor and every morning there was a noise with discharging transports to the hotel.
Therefore we were not at all satisfied with our stay and our stay was not at all of a value of over 300 Euro/night.

חוויה מאכזבת שלא תאמה כלל את הסטנדרט המצופה ממלון 4 כוכבים, במיוחד ביום כה חשוב עבורנו.

“אהבנו את המיקום של המלון. תחנת הרכבת נמצאת בקרבת מקום, מה שהקל מאוד על ההתניידות שלנו בעיר. בנוסף, האזור סביב המלון שקט, נקי ונעים, מה שתרם לתחושת הנוחות במהלך השהות.

“אני ובת הזוג שלי התאכזבנו מאוד מהשהות במלון. כשהגענו בערב לחדר גילינו שהטלוויזיה לא עובדת. לאחר שפנינו לקבלה נאמר לנו שמישהו יטפל בכך רק למחרת בבוקר. למחרת יצאנו מוקדם ליום מיוחד מאוד עבורנו, יום האירוסין שלנו. כשחזרנו בערב למלון גילינו שלא רק שהטלוויזיה עדיין לא תוקנה, אלא שגם החדר כלל לא נוקה כלל במשך היום.

לאחר שפנינו שוב לקבלה נאלצנו להמתין כשלוש שעות עד שניתן לנו חדר חלופי. לאורך כל התהליך לא קיבלנו יחס מקצועי, לא הוצע לנו לדבר עם מנהל, ולא הרגשנו שמישהו לוקח אחריות על הבעיות שחווינו.

מדובר באכזבה גדולה במיוחד משום שבחרנו במלון הזה לרגל אירוע משמעותי בחיינו, יום האירוסין שלנו. ציפינו לרמת שירות גבוהה בהרבה. לדעתנו, רמת השירות שקיבלנו אינה תואמת כלל למלון בדירוג 4 כוכבים. מלון שמתגאה בדירוג כזה צריך לספק שירות יעיל, מקצועי ואכפתי הרבה יותר. לצערנו, החוויה הייתה מתסכלת, לא נעימה, ופגעה משמעותית בהנאה שלנו מהשהות. לא היינו בוחרים להתארח במלון זה שוב ולא נמליץ עליו לאחרים.

The rooms were clean and spacious enough and we loved the location
Pros:

The staff was helpful and friendly! Good location and the breakfast buffet was a good value and delicious

Cons:

We first tried to check in after arriving half hour early the young man insisted we leave our bags and check in later. My son came in 10 minutes later and was able to check in so we went to the person helping him and she checked us in immediately. After that no problems.

A standard hotel, but wouldn’t stay at this property again.
Pros:

the style and decor of the property inside was lovely. The breakfast options were nice. & the cleaning team were great & especially Yasmine who looked after us. The reception team were lovely & helpful.

Cons:

The property didn’t have much services, or seating options to relax in the lounge & the property is far away from the main attractions. The restaurant food options are limited and should have more variety.

Ageing high rise hotel near Porta Garibaldi
