Purtroppo la nostra esperienza non è stata all’altezza degli standard Marriott.

All’arrivo il parcheggio non era ben segnalato. Il portiere ci ha visti in difficoltà ma non si è avvicinato.

Dopo il check-in ho chiesto se fosse possibile pranzare in hotel, dato che eravamo in ritardo per un evento. Mi è stato confermato che il ristorante serviva fino alle 22:15. Per questo non abbiamo cercato alternative. Arrivati al ristorante, però, ci è stato detto che era chiuso e che erano disponibili solo due piatti. Sarebbe stato corretto informarci subito.

Il momento peggiore è stato il check-out. Ho pagato entrambe le camere e ho chiesto due volte se fosse tutto saldato, facendo presente che una colazione non era inclusa. Mi è stato confermato che era tutto a posto. Poco dopo, mentre stavamo uscendo, un receptionist ci ha rincorsi dicendo che mancava il pagamento della colazione. È stato estremamente imbarazzante essere fermati davanti agli altri ospiti entre qui colege importanti.

Sono tornata subito a pagare, ma da un Marriott mi aspettavo molta più professionalità e attenzione. Torneremo a Milano, ma non in questo hotel.

Très bien et pratique. Confortable.
Pros:

Hôtel bien placé près de la gare. L'hôtel n'est pas très élégant de l'extérieur mais l'intérieur est bien aménagé et confortable. Les chambres sont spacieuses. Le petit déjeuner est très bien.

Cons:

Pour avoir le wifi il faut s'inscrire à Marriott et cela ne fonctionne pas ensuite.

Un peu cher mais idéal pour prendre un train tôt le lendemain matin. Confortable et accueil « grand hôtel »

Sa localisation à proximité gare porta Garibaldi et son confort grand hôtel

Cons:

La salle de bain et notamment la cabine de douche pas à la hauteur de ce type d’établissement

Pros:

Es un hotel completo, las habitaciones estan muy bien, las camas muy cómodas, el baño correcto. El personal de recepción y del bar muy amables. Cené varios dias en el hotel y la comida es de calidad. La ubicación del hotel está a 10 minutos andando del Duomo. Está al lado del metro por si se necesita usar el transporte. Tranquilo y sin ruido.
