My sink was clogged and wouldn’t go down, no hot water whatsoever. Staff didn’t seemed concerned.
Pros:

We had no hot water and was offered to move rooms from 3rd floor to 1st floor when it was already late. Them didn’t seem to concerned.

location, and room. especially the welcome details in the bathroom. it's all in the details

i didn't like the surprise billing for parking. I wasn't aware. so when i was hit with the additional $85 charge I was thrown. They did have some ghetto people staying there. someone came out yelling on the phone at like midnight. I know its not there fault. Also on my last day there i noticed there were local kids using the pool, which explains the wristband they gave me when i checked in. They had instructed me on wearing it for the pool & now i know why

If Fly in mid week I stop here again.
