Clean comfortable room. Staff all very friendly and helpful.
Our dinner was not very good for the price- food was very average but breakfast was good.
Friendly staff, nice sized room, great choice at breakfast, plenty of parking and ideal for park and ride into Portsmouth.
Bed abit lumpy and uncomfortable, bad lighting in bathroom for shaving.

Lacks a pool, but website clear on this.
The room was lovely so were the staff and location ideal
The mattress was very hard and both myself and my husband hardly slept and woke with painful backs

Water was bought to the table for my dog. We sat at the bar tables.
It was very nice. It was very welcoming.
Especially the front desk reception where we checked in.
Maybe a different colour towel for the room which I could use for my dog.

No electric charger as a truck had driven into it! Disappointed that for a hotel of this size there is only 1 charger ?
Lovely room
We waited well over an hour for dinner.
Felt like a one stop airport hotel in and out no care or attention given. We tried this instead of premier inn, hugely disappointed. Quality of bed not as good, mattress hard. Quality of dinner, poor, ours was served in a piping hot dish with cold food. There were a handful of tables in but the staff were unfriendly and unattentive not offering water or condiments, had to chase several times. Quality of breakfast same, server didn’t even have us down as having breakfast included, the food was over done and had been sitting a while to then have them run out of bread and not offering water normal English breakfast tea.
Everything in our opinion. Hate the check out process as we needed to make sure we were not charged for extra gratuity or food we didn’t order which meant a delay to our departure.
