Good location and clear. Bedroom was clean and comfortable and bathroom was lovely.
Breakfast was chaotic. Many items had run out and weren’t replaced very quickly. There is only one coffee machine serving the entire hotel which meant large queues at times (and not great coffee). The variety on offer also wasn’t great.
Comfortable beds
3 floor's on the right side of the entry of the hotel they don't have no window vue
Very disappointing for four-star hotel what you can see from the window is the restaurant downstairs the worst part was they have screwed the doors on the window you couldn't even open I don't know if that is illegal for safety reason
Breakfast didn't try everywhere I've been. I have had breakfast in the hotel
The price is stupid £30 each I don't know what they're serving there
I hope it's worth it The good thing is premier Inn is next door You can have a breakfast there for a tenner You have to book in advance if you go to the premier Inn restaurant
£150 . Family room I was expecting better facilities
Good location close to ferry disembarkation .
Large room .
We chose this hotel at a premium price since we had a late arrival in Portsmouth and we wanted a known brand with facilities. We arrived at 10.15 pm .No assisted parking spaces were available ,the entry rotating door and one lift weren't working and we were told the bar was about to close. Not exactly the welcome we expected .
Breakfast was frenetic in a space not really big enough for the number of people they were trying to serve. Not enough tables available.
The most comfortable Marriott hotel room that I have stayed in for a long time.
Bar area could do with a rethink.
1. The gym was well equipped.
2. The bed was comfortable.
1. The location is a bit away from the city centre.

The location to City centre was about 10 to 15 mins drive, the hotel put gift together for my wife's birthday which was a big surprise.
Upon arriving at the hotel, we were immediately met with an unpleasant shock. Despite having already paid in full for our accommodation, we were blindsided by an undisclosed deposit charge of £50 per day, a fee that was nowhere mentioned at the time of booking. This hidden, unexpected demand felt deceptive and left a sour first impression, setting a frustrating and unwelcoming tone right from the start of our stay.
