If you are in Austria.. this Place is a MUST to visit and enjoy amazing experience
Pros:

One of the best experiences we had as a family but also as each individual in this trip to Rosewood. It provided a secluded and high end experience to every member of my family that made their stay there one to always remember and hoping to repeat.

Pros:

Lage und Hotel sehr sehr schön, Personal freundlich aber nicht außergewöhnlich was man sich aber in dieser Preislage erwarten dürfte.
Spa-Bereich sehr schön - und die Hotelanlage selber natürlich außergewöhnlich

Cons:

Die Preise - vor allem bei den Getränken übertrieben..... 1 Glas 0,1 GV 2024 mit 11 Euro sagt alles.
Katastrophal war das Frühstück, an jedem Tag kam es zu Problemen, extreme Wartezeit für einen Cafe - wenn er überhaupt kam trotz "Erinnerung" - auch andere Gäste haben darauf negativ darauf reagiert ...

Прекрасное место, с правильным персоналом, это одно из лучших мест для отдыха.

Красивая территория, внимания к деталям, все на высшем уровне. Adam спасибо за всё, Panos спасибо, что помогали разбираться с проблемами в ресторане, и со всеми вопросами, Iva менеджер отеля благодарю за помощь. Обязательно вернемся!

Cons:

Кровать в 607 номере, разные уровни высоты матраса. В ресторане на террасе неприветливое, медленное обслуживание. Консьерж который работал 05.06 около 18:00, некомпетентный, по его словам не работал компьютер. Имеются вопросы к уборочному персоналу. Минус бал за персонал в ресторане, за консьержа, и за уборочный персонал, бармен девушка не умеет делать коктейли. Остальное все хорошо.

Pros:

Das gesamte Ambiente von Hotel und Lage! Extrem ruhig! Einfach zum wohlfühlen!

Cons:

Das es einen Dresscode für das Schlossrestaurante gibt (was ich gut finde) und Herren trotzdem in kurzen Hosen und T-Shirts Einlass bekommen !

Schönes Hotel mit Service-Potenzial
Pros:

+ Hochwertige und geschmackvolle Inneneinrichtung mit viel Liebe zum Detail.
+ Wunderschöner Seeblick vom Zimmer, der den Aufenthalt besonders macht.
+ Sehr gepflegter und attraktiver Seezugang bzw. Seebereich.
+ Hervorragende Lage des Hotels.
+ Der Spa-Bereich überzeugt sowohl mit dem Indoor- als auch dem Outdoorpool sowie einer insgesamt sehr hochwertigen Ausstattung.
+ Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist die Nespresso-Maschine im Spa-Bereich – ein Detail, das ich in dieser Form bisher noch in keinem anderen Hotel erlebt habe.
+ Sehr aufmerksames Housekeeping. Beim Abendservice wurden beispielsweise Wasserflaschen samt Gläsern neben dem Bett bereitgestellt – eine kleine Geste mit großer Wirkung.

Cons:

- Das Servicepersonal war durchwegs freundlich und bemüht, allerdings fehlte es teilweise an Aufmerksamkeit. Es handelte sich meist nur um Kleinigkeiten, diese kamen jedoch auffallend häufig vor (vergessene Bestellungen, Missverständnisse oder kleine organisatorische Fehler).
- Für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie in Österreich hätte ich erwartet, dass ein größerer Teil des Personals Deutsch spricht.
- Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis bei den Speisen erscheint nicht immer stimmig. Ein gehobenes Preisniveau ist in einem solchen Haus selbstverständlich nachvollziehbar, einzelne Gerichte wirkten jedoch überdurchschnittlich teuer. Eine Pasta Bolognese um 34 Euro erscheint beispielsweise selbst im Luxussegment ambitioniert.
- Die Kosten für einen Tiefgaragenplatz von 35 Euro pro Tag empfinde ich als eher hoch angesetzt.

Pros:

An amazing hotel and spa. I recommend each perrson to stay there at list once in a lifetime. I definatly plan to come back! The spa is out of this wourld with so many opportunities of leasure. The room accross the lake was heavenly and the service is like nothing i ever expirienced.

Cons:

The food opportunitues are not enough and the restaurant in the hotel is too expensive.
