A wonderful stay in a perfect location with peaceful surroundings and excellent service.
Pros:

The hotel has an excellent location, conveniently situated near the Old Town and a shopping mall. It is also adjacent to a beautiful green park, which made the surroundings peaceful and relaxing. The room was comfortable, and the staff were professional and helpful throughout my stay.

Cons:

Overall, my stay was very pleasant. I did not experience any major issues.

lovely hotel but be warned about the holding deposit they take from you on arrival at reception.
Pros:

ROOM HAD A LOVELY VIEW. BED WAS VERY COMFORTABLE. SPA/POOL AREA WAS VERY NICE

Cons:

I was told at reception that I would need to present my card for the holding deposit. I was assured that no funds would be deducted from my account balance.
I checked out of the hotel and then noticed that the holding deposit funds had been taken from my bank account.
I contacted the hotel reception and left several emails to the account department.
No one could help me! I had to wait 28 days before the money was refunded back to me.

Pros:

Wonderful hotel near the oldtown. Very friendly staff. Perfect breakfast. Nice Spa. Exclusive restaurant and bar. We enjoyed our stay there very much! Highly recommend!
