Everything was very nice
Good swimming pool, 15 meters length is enough to enjoy proper swimming session.
Breakfasts were also very good.
Having a room with windows towards the big square seemed nice at first but then there was a lots of noise from the traffic, also at night. Bed was not that comfortable making the sleep not so good at all. The worst happened at the time of check out. I booked my Bolt to the airport and waited but nothing arrived. It appeared that the whole city centre is closed by police. There wasn’t any notification from the staff whatsoever (‘dear guest we know you are checking out today, in case you are going to the airport, please schedule your transportation from the following alternative locations:…’). So I realized myself that my transportation is not coming and asked for help at the reception. They did not have any drivers to help guests leaving to the airport. I was told to walk towards ‘Krakowskie Przedmieście’ to get some taxi. I went there but found only police cars. I asked police and they told me to go the exact opposite direction. From then on I had to run not walk as it was getting late even with my usual time margin planning. I managed to get my flight in the end after some more adventures but I find handling of this situation not acceptable. I don’t think I will ever stay in this hotel again.

Очень чисто. Отличная и удобная кровать. Вкусные завтраки и хороший ресторан. Приветливый персонал на ресепшене. Отличное расположение рядом с центром города.
Номер оказался шумным. При открытых окнах всю ночь были слышны машины, а также крики и песни людей на улице, поэтому было сложно спать. Если у вас чуткий сон, рекомендую заранее просить тихий номер. Отель уже выглядит немного устаревшим и нуждается в обновлении. При заселении в номере чувствовался лёгкий запах сырости.
